★☆☆☆☆ – Worst experience in Copenhagen
This review refers to the property “Spacious 3B w/Double Beds - Copenhagen City Centre” managed by Nest Collection.
We were notified of a security breach involving guest data, but communication was vague and lacked meaningful apology or reassurance.
The apartment was barely clean, and walking barefoot immediately revealed how poorly it had been cleaned. The “third bedroom” is not part of the apartment: it is a separate, cold room across the landing. Anyone needing the bathroom at night must exit the apartment, which is completely impractical.
There were major safety issues: appliances required grounding but only ungrounded adapters were provided; the electric stovetop is old and unreliable; windows are unsafe and we were warned they could break in the wind; and the staircase is narrow, worn, and slippery.
Ventilation in the bathroom barely works, and a sign asks guests to leave the door open afterward — a clear sign of an unresolved problem.
Noise was severe: upstairs guests partied loudly until around 3 AM, with heavy movement that shook the entire apartment. There was no intervention or support.
The TV was unusable: no antenna connection and no Wi-Fi TV connection for streaming.
There is no luggage storage, and early check-in/late check-out costs extra. Given the issues, this was the worst experience we’ve had in Copenhagen.
