I previously wrote a, true-at-the-time, not so favourable review BUT today, I received a courteous call from a manager (Paul) explaining why they're only now handling my request (valid); why I ran out of oil again (valid) and how to best deal with my future needs. Thank you!

Have used this company the last 2 times I ordered oil, on the call while ordering service was 1st class and very prompt delivery from the dedicated delivery drivers, would 100% recommend

Do not order oil from this company. They are totally unreliable and unprofessional. They didn't deliver on the date we had agreed, knowing I had ran out of oil. I had to make several calls to try to get the delivery which never arrived. After a further call I was told the lorry had broken down. I will never order from this company again

Don't use their new "automated" fuel station in Limavady....never going again..always an issue of some sort...if you need receipts to claim back mileage etc do NOT use Nicholls as the pumps rarely give receipts in my experience...the people in the shop do not want to know as they claim the fuel side is nothing to do with them.Basically you are on your own and just tough if you have any issue..obviously very little maintenance going on here.

Should be done for false advertising. Phoned for a price, already had 2 prices elsewhere. Asked them to price match, as they claim they do, to the quotes I received 2 mins before. Said no as price of oil was rising. Load of nonsense, as had the current prices in front of me. Be warned, they act dishonesty. They don't price match and definitely don't beat quotes you obtain elsewhere. Just another company out to fleece you for as much as they can get. No wonder they lost my commercial business. Not trustworthy and a big company which tramped over small suppliers to get them out of the way. Be warned.........

I have been getting my home heating oil from Nicholl NI for a long time now and although have always been reliable in the past I was disappointed with them today I was looking at all the prices of home heating oil in Northern Ireland and and I found a price of £615 for 900 Ltrs Nicholl oil advertise that the will beat or match any price.
I rang them and told them the price that I can get the the oil at and the young girl I was talking to stated that the closest they could do was £620 we know it’s only a difference of £5 but all money is tight nowadays an I am very annoyed considering we are regular customer with them that they could not match the £615 I was quoted by another company whom I have never used before until now so really Nicholl oil is going against their own advertising.
I explained to the girl in Nicholl that I was a regular customer with them but she replied that she was only doing what she was told and was apologetic so really Nicholl fuels are getting very greedy which will go towards their downfall as people like myself will stop using them I sincerely hope this happens as I cannot stand greedy companies and it seems this is the way the world is going very tragic.
I do hope that Nicholl read this review and take heed.
