Lovely necklace

With this specific memorial necklace, we selected a link chain to ensure it fits securely through the pendant bail. We understand that a larger end loop is the standard for ease, but to ensure the pendant remains removable and safe, we've utilised a chain that can be fastened via the existing links. At Nicky Robin, we are always looking to improve and we are currently researching ways to adjust this pendant bail type to accommodate a larger fastening without compromising the design.

DO NOT BUY THEY LOSE ASHES
Honestly do not use lost my dogs ashes and fur the fur is irreplaceable as we didnt have much fur so thats gone when I complained and stated it will reflect in there review on their website they refunded me so I cant review on their website but they have no control over on here DO NOT BUY they have 0 respect and if I didnt contact them god knows how long it would of been before I found out they lost my dogs ashes and fur
They have tried flagging my review saying it is false how hilarious I have evidence of you ignoring to help the situation and the just refunding me
And leaving that comment but doing nothing to help its shameful 😔

At Nicky Robin, we understand the deeply sensitive nature of memorial jewellery. This is why every customer is provided with a free inclusions pack containing clear, bolded instructions recommending a tracked postal service for the security of their loved ones and pets ashes or hair.
When these safety instructions are not followed for example, if items are posted without the correct postage, or no postage, it unfortunately leads to surcharges and significant delays, even loss within the Royal Mail system. In such instances, we frequently go above and beyond our standard duties, including contacting Royal Mail on a customer’s behalf or even offering to cover unpaid surcharges ourselves to ensure the safe arrival of these precious items.
While we are always here to support our customers through their journey of grief with empathy and patience, we must maintain a zero tolerance policy regarding harassment, profanity, or slurs directed at our team. To protect our staff, any such behaviour results in the immediate cancellation and full refund of an order.
We remain committed to providing a respectful, secure service for all our customers and their loved ones.

Customer Service was brilliant
Customer Service was brilliant. They were so helpful and replied to my emails very quickly. I had missed the Christmas deadline but with a few tweaks were able to do my jewellery and get it back to me in time for Christmas.
The necklace was beautiful and I would definitely recommend to anybody to use this company.

Very poor quality
I’ve only had my ashes ring for a few months, The silver has tarnished and will not clean even with jewelry cleaner.
I do not believe the piece I received is real silver which is very disappointing in contrast to a necklace I have from another company that has been perfect for over 3 years.
Very disappointing and upsetting for a piece that is meant to last and hold the memory of my beloved pet which was also a gift from my partner.
A waste of £200.

Hi Lisa, firstly we would like to apologise that you are not happy with your ring. Please be assured that the ring is 100% genuine 925 Sterling Silver.
The oxidisation is normal for silver and Sterling silver metals and it can depend on how the jewellery piece is exposed to airborne chemicals, other substances and even ph levels in the skin.
Necklaces and rings can also differ as we tend to wash our hands more often, exposing them to chemicals in hand washes, sanitisers, creams and a polishing cloth should be used daily to avoid built up of residue throughout the day.
It is a shame that you felt the need to provide a 1 star review first, without contacting us directly to let us know about the issue and to provide us with the opportunity to offer our support to sort this for you. We were unaware there was an issue until we received this review and we are a company that offers excellent customer service and is always happy to resolve issues as best as possible for our customers, with the tarnishing on your ring being very easily rectified.
