Ninjavan - Dishonest and unfit as a courier
This company demonstrates complete operational incompetence and dishonesty.
The app provides false tracking information that does not reflect reality. A wrong photo of the delivery address was uploaded, clearly not the buyer’s location yet it was used as “proof” of a delivery attempt.
The courier then lied by claiming the buyer was unreachable. There were no calls, no messages, no door attempt. This is not a misunderstanding, it is a fabricated excuse entered into the system to cover up a failed delivery.
A courier service is built on trust, accuracy, and accountability. Ninja Van has none of these. When tracking data is false and delivery records are fabricated, the entire service becomes unreliable and misleading to customers.
This is not just poor service. it is systemic failure. Companies like this should not be entrusted with parcels and, frankly, are not fit to operate as a courier service.

Horrible Ninja Van
Horrible Ninja Van, bunch of magicians always making packages disappear, again and again. Was not given a choice Shopee just assign my package to them and now over a week it just show on hold for no reason and even Shopee doesn't know why keep giving all sort of reasons that they are looking into it and then pushing these magicians to expedite delivery. Super screw up company deserve negative 5 stars give them even negative 1000 stars also they don't care!
Ordered a package from amazon and never came.
Ordered a package from amazon to be shipped to the Philippines. The package kept getting delayed over and over again. Then it said the package is on its way for 3 weeks. The driver probably stole the package and should be in trouble because of that. They called my gf and then she called back. The driver blocked her number for no reason.. Customer service doesn't even email you back. This company should be shut down and not be in business. My gf has been having issues with them too. Please don't ever use this company. It's horrible and should be closed. If I could give them less then 1 star I would have.

Tossed my parcel and destroyed my items in the process. The person sending the items to me did ample packaging protection yet it still came really beat up. Had to wonder what did the delivery process at ninjavan did to my parcel.

Worst courier experience ever
I waited for NinjaVan to collect my return parcel for more than a month. Had to request 3 times and at last, they responded and arranged to pickup on that very day, which was fine to me as I was home. I messaged him to acknowledge.
When he arrived, he was knocking on the door so freaking loud and shouting "HELLO!" multiple times. My young nephew actually thought someone was trying to break into our house. Mind you, it wasn't even a long wait for him. Not even a minute. I hurried to open the door, and he just said "PARCEL!". I took the parcel and he just grabbed it from my hands, and never said thanks or anything. I went to say "Thank you" and nope, no response.
It's my worst courier experience ever. It's unbelievable how unprofessional they are. Now I just hope that my return parcel actually gets returned to the store *fingers crossed*

Time and time I get "Delivery attempted" and my CCTV says otherwise. They lie and never even show up to deliver. Horrible, Horrible company...please go out of business.

Disappointing Experiences…
The courier advises they have attempted a delivery numerous times and then sends parcel back to seller. As we have a large household people are always at the house 24/7 hence the courier does not want to deliver due to remote location. Not to be used unless in a metro area - very disappointing

Ninja Van's service is very poor — slow and unreliable. They tend to hold parcels for days before delivering them, which is extremely frustrating. I really dislike Ninja Van’s service; it’s simply not acceptable. Please improve your service immediately because it is far from satisfactory. I regret using Ninja Van as my courier, and I feel disappointed with the overall experience.

Extremely frustrated with the lack of support. Your customer service is impossible to reach, and being stuck in a loop of automated replies is a waste of time. A delivery courier that provides no real person to talk to when issues arise is not a service I would ever recommend. Avoid at all costs.

The worst logistics company in Singapore. I just received a temperature sensitive seafood item in room temperature! The ice gel pack had completely melted and the thermal bag is warm & dry.
This is one of the many encounters with Ninja Van deliveries. Unfortunately local online merchants are still using them, probably they are cheaper? Well, that carries a heavier price of more requests for return & refund. In short, Ninja Van is a very unreliable company.

Zero customer service. Worst courier of all
First of all, they have ZERO customer service. It’s so frustrating for a customer to not have anyone to talk to when a problem happens regarding their parcel. They have no telephone number. Their Telegram support is a bot that gives useless answers. They NEVER respond to emails. I was notified that my parcel was out for delivery three times and that the delivery was unsuccessful. I can assure you that no delivery was sent out. I was always present to receive any parcels and i did not receive any messages in case the driver couldn’t find my house. Later on i received a refund from Amazon and tracking said that my parcel was on it’s way back to Amazon. It’s so frustrating and the shitty customer service (or lack thereof) makes the whole thing even more infuriating.

I ordered two parcels at the same day. One is domestic, shipped from a nearby town using this ninjavan delivery service, and one is international, shipped from China then is delivered to my house using SPX. 5 days later, guess which one came first. My domestic parcel is stuck for 56 HOURS by now at a warehouse station just under 1 km from my house and even today (its been 7 days), it hasn't been touched by anyone ever since.
For the love of God, when you order something online, please ask the seller first regarding which delivery service are they using. If they're using ninjavan, either find a different seller or request them to choose any other delivery service but ninjavan

Ninja van services worst! Delivery man not trustworthy, didn't delivered my parcel and lying in the system. From 11/12/2025 saying out for delivery in system & update delivered with false proof in the system on 17/12/2025.I didn't receive it until now 22/12/2025.
