We had a great experience with Jeremy, who was reliable throughout the process. We initially reached out for a quote and lead time, to which Jeremy was honest with us and didn't try to up-sell an enhanced service when it wasn't required for our situation. Jeremy carried out the survey on the agreed date and submitted the report to us 2 days later. Prior to submitting the report he rang us to talk through his findings and explain any aspects of the survey we were unsure of. Would highly recommend his services.

Jeremy conducted our survey and was extremely thorough, and a very detailed report was provided. He rang to talk me through the report and explained all the key findings in good detail and made recommendations on what to do next. Overall, we were very happy and couldn’t have asked for better service.

I can’t recommend Jeremy highly enough. Excellent service, honest opinion when i taught i needed a level 3 survey and he even provided contact details for me to check with. His Level 2 survey was great and conducted with industry wide equipment's, report was easy to download and Jeremy phoned to discussed the points. He was happy to reply to further queries weeks after the survey.

Professional service with clearly explained outcomes and detailed report

niSurv was very efficient and timely in getting back to me following my request from its website for a Level Two RICS home survey on a property I am buying in NI. niSurv’s use of automated form filling over the internet saved time speaking to a clerk over the ‘phone. The property survey was arranged through the property’s selling estate agent without any input from me, though it has not yet taken place.

I found out about niSurv doing a Google search for a home survey. After reading about the company, it's numerous awards and reviews I decided to instruct. Jeremy offered me a cancellation immediately which I took. The survey was done with a follow up call going through the details of the survey. We were so impressed with the details on the survey and well worth having it done. The communication via call, text and email was second to none. Now I understand why this company has such good reviews and reputation. Would I use NiSurv again, certainly 100%, would I recommend yes I would. I shall be using again when required.
