Grosse arnaque en bande organisée

Nous avions louer un véhicule Volkswagen t-cross a notre arrivée le véhicule n'étais plus disponible on nous propose donc un Skoda kodiaq soi disant de gamme supérieure 🤔 nous sommes arrivés dans la soirée donc il faisait déjà noir le personnel étant pressé de partir nous balance le véhicule sans aucun chek-up et nous demande de prendre des photos et ferme la grille et se barre littéralement déjà un petit soupçon 🤔 bref notre séjour se passe mais c'est au retour que cela derape. Une dame nous accueille pour la restitution déjà très désagréable et hautaine a un point et bien sûr ne comprend pas le français et directement veut faire le chek UP complet de la voiture 🤔 elle decouvre des soi disant coup sur la voiture qui exister bien sûr a la prise de véhicule que nous avions bien sûr photographier mais cette dame nous dit que les photos ne sont pas assez visible pour elle et bla bla bla ...... Je pense qu'elle a eu une bonne formation de comédienne bien briffer pas sa direction je pense .... Bref les esprits s'echauffent mais ne voulant rien savoir elle nous demande de lui envoyé les photos par mails pour pouvoir mieux les visualiser sur son ordinateur(vaste blague bravo quel talent ) après. Outre retour nous recevons une facture de 600 euros pour dégradation du véhicule ainsi qu'une facturation pour un retard imaginaire de retour véhicule soi disant rendu le 21 alors que nous sommes rentré le 19 et rendu le véhicule le 19 et un kilométrage de véhicule de depart complètement erroné de plus de 10000 kms par rapport a la vérité en soi je met en garde les prochains loueurs dans cette enseigne de voleurs mais surtout pas de loueurs de véhicule.... Qui apparemment n'est pas a sa premiere fraude au vu des avis très défavorable en leur encontre !!!!! Avec bien sur toujours le même mode opératoire !!!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Hidden charges appear once you arrive. Even though they charged me extra for full insurance, they then charged me €600 when I returned the car for alleged damage, plus an additional €25 fee for what they described as a small sand chip on the window that was barely visible.

When I asked for an invoice so I could claim through insurance, they only provided documentation showing €425 of damage costs, and that was after many follow-ups.

Their rental prices may look cheap at first, but you could easily end up paying much more in the end.

One of the worst car hire experiences…

One of the worst car hire experiences we have ever had. Staff just ignoring customers, walking out of office leaving a massive queue of people. Arrived with a small child at night, met by a queue of people all aggravated by the extensive wait. We waited 2 hours to be served, then pressurised into taking expensive top up insurance with scare tactics. These people should have a reality check that it is us, the paying public who are paying their livelihoods! Will not use again

Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague. They'll look for any excuse to keep your deposit. They were highly aggressive once we decided not to buy their expensive insurance. They were intimidating and rude. Other customers we we with were changed hundreds of euros for the smallest scuff on the wheel alloy.

Dopo aver prenotato e pagato su discovery arrivati alla sede di Málaga ci hanno fatto pagare altri 130€ più la cauzione di 150€. Ci hanno detto di riconsegnare la macchina con il 95% del pieno perché quando l’abbiamo presa il serbatoio era al 95% e così è stato. Restituita la macchina ci hanno detto che era tutto apposto abbiamo chiesto se bisognava firmare qualcosa ma ci hanno risposto di no quindi ce ne siamo andati convinti che ci restituissero la caparra per intero invece dopo un’ora ci hanno addebitato 57€ senza nessuna spiegazione. Io non ho parole per quello che mi riguarda è una frode bella e buona. Sconsigliatissimo spero vengano multati prima o poi. Anzi spero li facciano chiudere questi ladroni. Vergogna

Masterclass in Scamming: Hidden Damages and Horrific Service!

We booked our rental car through DoYouSpain for our Barcelona Trip.

​First of all, the rental company was not located at the terminal; it was off-site, about a 5-minute drive away. There was absolutely no information provided about where to wait for the shuttle. I wasted time walking back and forth between Terminal 2A and 2C twice, only to find no shuttle waiting. When we tried calling them, the line was either busy or immediately disconnected.

​I ended up having to waste €10 on a taxi just to reach their office. When I arrived, I saw two shuttle vans sitting idle for almost 30 minutes before only one finally started operating.

​Inside the office (around 10:00 AM), there was a massive queue and only one open front desk. Even though I was only fifth in line, we waited for a full hour, wasting our precious time. When I finally reached the desk, the staff member apologized for the wait. I consider myself a very patient person, so I accepted it. I understand it was a busy day, but the employee was incredibly disorganized, carrying my passport from table to table while juggling multiple customers at once!

​On top of that, even though I had already pre-purchased insurance, the staff member aggressively pressured me to buy their in-house coverage.

​After getting the keys (I had booked a Hyundai Tucson but received an older Skoda Karoq, which I was fine with), I tried to inspect the vehicle. However, a staff member drove another car up right behind me and started honking, rushing me to leave the lot as quickly as possible. Because of the rushing, and the fact that the car had just been washed and was dripping wet, I didn't have the chance to inspect it properly. The photos I managed to take were extremely rushed.

​Never in my rental experiences around the world have I been forced to inspect a car entirely alone and rushed off the premises! While waiting earlier, I actually spoke to another customer trying to show pictures of pre-existing damage. The staff refused to accept them, stating they would still charge the customer because the photos were taken after the car had left the rental lot & after an hour leaving.

​When I returned my car, unsurprisingly, there was pre-existing damage on the vehicle that hadn't been recorded in their system. I tried to dispute it, but it was useless—they simply blamed me for not recording the damage before leaving the lot. Finally, with only one shuttle bus operating back and forth to the airport, I nearly missed my flight.

​This is by far the worst rental company I have ever dealt with. The only reason I am giving 1 star is for the staff member who apologized. Other than that, I would say this company operates like a complete scam.

Verschikkelijk! Eerst komen er na het bevestigen VEEEL extra kosten bij. Daarna heb ik een afspraak om de auto op een bepaalde tijd op te halen en vervolgens sta ik 2 uur te wachten met onze baby. Vervolgens word er wat van gezegd door een andere klant en vervolgens word hij uitgescholden door een collega in de plaats van een excuses. Vervolgens na 2 uur wachten weer een totaal raar verhaal te horen gekregen en allemaal pakketten aangesmeerd. Omdat ik niet goed verzekerd zou zijn. Uiteindelijk bijna 10 keer zoveel kwijt. Maarja na 2 uur wachten in een vreemd land moet je wat en daar spelen ze op in. 1 tip! Doe hier geen zaken mee

Scam and fake damage charges.

The salesperson pressured us to purchase their insurance and warned us of charges should we not. When we returned the car, the woman searched until she found a minor mark and charged us 440 euros. This was obviously the plan all along. Terrible.

C est tout sauf une agence de location , l arnaque est bien rodé et leur personnel briffé sur le mode opératoire , quand j ai regardé les avis , j ai trouvé exactement le même mode opératoire , impact sur le bas du pare choc avant bizarrement il est parti directement dessus comme un fait exprès !! J Apel l asstistance juridique dès demain pour un recours car je peu pas laisser passer ça !!

No entiendo todas estas críticas. Llevamos años gestionando un despacho especializado en expatriados, tanto para vacaciones como para instalarse en nuestra magnífica región de Andalucía.

Desde hace años envío a todos mis clientes con ellos, y el servicio siempre es impecable. Los coches están muy limpios y, a menudo, con pocos kilómetros.

Si reservas directamente a través de su página web, y no mediante un intermediario que vende ilusiones con seguros que en realidad no cubren los daños, debes saber que la compañía Nizacar no es responsable de ello.

Antonio y su equipo siempre tienen una sonrisa, a pesar de los momentos de mucha actividad entre los check-in y los check-out. Además, hablan inglés, lo cual es una gran ventaja.

En definitiva, más allá de algunas opiniones negativas relacionadas con el alto volumen de alquileres, sería bueno que los numerosos clientes satisfechos también se tomaran el tiempo de dejar una opinión positiva. Ended up paying €460 instead of €80

Last week my family went to Malaga and was offered to rent a car at Nizacars through Ryanair. It was only €80 for a week, which seemed like a good deal.

Upon arriving at the Nizacars’ office after a long flight, we were told we didn’t have the correct form of card for payment. We had a debit card and not a credit card. I realized I did receive an email about this, so that part is my fault. So far, so good.

However, since we didn’t have the correct card type, our initial payment was then gone for some reason. Then we were offered to hire a car under other terms, but now the cost was €380, non-negotiable. The reason that it had to be a lot more expensive with the other card type was not explained. We were tired, stranded in the Nizacars’ office away from the airport, and needed a car to get to our hotel, and didn’t see any other choice than accepting that offer.

It was clear to us that even in the short time we spent at their office, several other groups of tourists were taken through a parallel process and ended up having to pay a lot more than initially advised because of having the wrong type of card. Since Nizacars do advise about the card type in the information mail, on paper you can’t accuse them of scamming, but it’s very clear that they use this as a conscious strategy to lure people in with reasonable prices and then press people for a lot more money.

The car was fine, the staff was polite and we had no troubles with the car or returning it. But we do think it’s a scam keeping our initial money, and then offering a price that’s almost 5 times as high to people who don’t have an alternative. We ended up paying almost 6 times as much as we thought, which made the rest of our trip significantly worse, since we had less money to enjoy our vacation.

All in all, I would never consider Nizacars again and have to warn everybody against this firm.

Haben für Mallorca ein Mietauto…

Haben für Mallorca ein Mietauto gebucht. keine unvorhergesehen Kosten können wir nicht bestätigen. Kommunikation war quasi nicht möglich. Haben dann noch fast den Flug zurück verpasst.

Received downgraded vehicle - paid for Nissan Qashqai (C-segment), given Skoda Kamiq (B-segment), which is smaller. No compensation offered.
Vehicle covered in scratches (documented with photos)
Zero handover information - no explanation about fuel type, emergency numbers, or vehicle features
Car not provided with full tank (only 2/3 full), but booking terms require full-to-full fuel policy. We returned it full as required. Staff dismissed our complaint saying we "should have checked"

We paid for fuel we never received and got a smaller car than booked. Nizacars' practices appear deliberately deceptive.

Very friendly and fast

We booked a car very last minute this morning. The shuttle from the airport in Mallorca worked perfectly, Victoria was really kind and funny.
The car rental was easy and fast. Thanks to faviana for that!

Abzocke, Betrug, Scam bei Niza Cars

[Niza Cars Flughafen Barcelona] Für die Abholung des gemieteten Wagens (Ford-Focus-Klasse) am Sonntag hatte ich am Freitag bei Niza Cars angerufen, um mitzuteilen, dass ich den Wagen nicht um 9 Ihr, wie gebucht, sondern voraussichtlich erst um 11 Uhr abholen würde. Entgegen bisher aller anderer Anmietungen, die ich in der letzten Zeit gemacht habe, wurde bei der Adresse für die Abholung nicht ein direktes Telefon ins Büro angegeben, sondern eine Hotline der Vermietungsfirma. Falls man also etwas dringendes im Zusammenhang mit der Abholung klären muss, erreicht man einen Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Per automatischer Rufannahme der Hotline, weil besetzt, wurde mir ein Rückruf angeboten. Der kam sogar auch kurze Zeit später, von einer anderen Nummer, und in dem Gespräch teilte mir der Mitarbeiter mit, dass ich das Auto ohne weiteres das auch auch bis zu 3 Stunden später übernehmen könnte. Bei der Abholung sagte die Kollegin dort, nur eine Stunde verspätete Abholung sei vorgesehen, das für mich geplante Auto sei weg (Unsinn!), ich könnte ein anderes bekommen, das aber in einer größeren Klasse war (KIA Sportage). Dafür musste ich zusätzlich 3 EUR/Tag bezahlen. Von dem Anruf wusste sie nichts, ich hatte in dem Telefonat auch nicht auf meine Buchung Bezug nehmen können, weil mir der MA am Telefon die Information als allgemeine Regel darstellte. Soweit zur Masche bei der Anmietung.

Es ging kein Mitarbeiter mit zum Auto, um die vorhandenen Schäden zu dokumentieren. Das Übernahmeprotokoll bei der Abholung sollte mir per Email zugeschickt werden. Es kam aber nicht bei mir an, weil die Mitarbeiterin statt eines Punkts zwischen Vor- und Nachnamen einen Strich gesetzt hatte. Ich sah das Protokoll daher erst, als ich den Wagen wieder abgab (erhielt aber keine Kopie). Darauf waren mehrere schon größere Schäden aufgeführt, das Auto war insgesamt rundherum voller kleinerer Kratzer, was ich in Spanien für nicht ungewöhnlich hielt. Ich machte also Fotos von allen Seiten (nicht quadratzentimeterweise von jedem Detail) und fuhr das Auto bis zum nächsten Morgen, zur vorgesehenen Rückgabe.

Bei der Rückgabe wurden mehrere kleine Kratzer beanstandet, die im Protokoll nicht aufgeführt waren. Anhand meiner Fotos konnte ich jedoch bei mehreren Versuchen belegen, dass die Kratzer schon vorher vorhanden waren (z.B. hier: ImgBB vvdH658f
ImgBB RpkZMNWG, beide nicht im Übernahmeprotokoll aufgeführt, wie ich später sah). Schließlich fand der Mitarbeiter jedoch einen kleinen Kratzer an der Schwelle der Kofferaumklappe, der auf meinem Übersichtsfoto des Fahrzeughecks (ImgBB DgsDkPQs) nicht erkennbar war, zumindest nicht auf dem Handybildschirm bei Sonnenschein. Auf dem bei der Rückgabe gemachten Foto der Stelle im Detail ist sichtbar, dass die ganze Stoßstange vor der Kofferraumklappe voller kleinerer Kratzer und Macken war (ImgBB M5JfgbHG). Wenn ich also diesen Kratzer hätte widerlegen können, wäre irgendein anderer in Frage gekommen, der auf dem weniger nah gezoomten Ausschnitt eben nicht erscheint. Für diesen Verdacht spricht, dass auch z.B. ein Kratzer vorne am Fahrzeug, oberhalb des linken Scheinwerfers (siehe Foto weiter oben), zwar vor Übernahme des Autos schon da, aber nicht im Prokokoll als Vorschaden aufgeführt war. So wurde dieser Kratzer also als Schaden aufgenommen und mit 350 EUR berechnet. Die Abrechnung des Schadens wies ca. 375 EUR aus, die Kreditkarte wurde mit 350 EUR belastet. Stimmt also alles vorne und hinten nicht. Jede Vermietung mit diesen älteren Fahrzeugen, die schon sichtbar einiges mitgemacht haben, ist darauf ausgelegt, einen Schaden zu fakturieren. Da ich das Auto über Check24 gemietet habe und doch eine Vollkasko-Versicherung per Rückerstattung inklusive ist, gehe ich davon aus, dass ich den Betrag erstattet bekomme. Sobald das aber erledigt ist, behalte ich mir vor, Strafanzeige wegen Betrugs zu erstatten.

Das war bestimmt mein letztes Mal, dass ich ein Auto von Niza Cars genommen habe, und ich kann auch nur allen anderen davon abraten!

I have used Niza cars for nearly 25…

I have used Niza cars for nearly 25 years and they are always great. Every time I visit , the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The cars are good value too. This time Borja and Dani looked after me superbly. Highly recommended from someone that visits his home in Marbella half a dozen times a year for 25 years.
