Five months later, I still cannot assemble my furniture
**Title: Customer service split my order without permission, and the furniture is still unusable**
I would give 0 stars if that were possible.
I placed an order worth more than €1,000 at the beginning of February. After months of delays and no confirmed delivery date, customer service finally informed me that one crucial part—the floor panel/frame needed to assemble the furniture—had been discontinued.
Without asking for my approval, they removed this essential part from my original order, refunded it, and sent the remaining items. In other words, customer service split my order in half and left me with an incomplete, unusable furniture system. I was then effectively forced to reorder the missing part separately.
This created even more problems, including failed payment links, a separate order, unclear tracking information, and further delays. I now have part of the furniture, but I still do not have the essential frame needed to assemble or use it. I also cannot simply cancel the entire purchase anymore, because half of the order has already been delivered.
Five months after placing the original order, I am stuck with expensive furniture parts that cannot be assembled. The way this order was handled—especially changing and splitting it without my permission—is unacceptable. For a company selling expensive design furniture, the communication, order management, and delivery service have been extremely poor.
I cannot recommend NO-GA based on this experience.
