I previously used No Letting Go Gravesend last year and had a very positive experience, which led me to use their services again. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the service fell far below expectations.
I booked an inventory with No Letting Go Gravesend, which was presented as a quick and efficient service. However, this resulted in repeated follow-ups to obtain the inventory report, a lack of response to communications, and significant delays. More than two weeks later, I had still not received either the inventory report or an invoice for the service.
Communication with the office was extremely poor, and the overall handling of the matter was unprofessional and unreliable. Ultimately, I was forced to engage another company to prepare a new inventory.
Based on this experience, I would not use their services again nor recommend them to others.

I have recently used No Letting Go, Southampton, for a full property inventory for our rental property and the service was exceptional from start to finish. I dealt with Natalie and Darren who were both very polite and professional. They produced a clear, detailed report with high-quality photographs.

Abby was lovely to work with, managed to fit me in last minute despite her busy schedule. To my surprise they did an amazing job of noting every single detail. This will come in very handy for the final check-out report for whenever the tenant vacates. High recommended.

I contacted primarily the Crawley agency, and they put me in touch with Shewana. From the very first contact, Shewana was extremely professional and attentive. I made a booking for an inventory and check-in, but unfortunately I had to cancel almost at the last minute because the tenant did not pass the references.
