I’m post op 6 weeks after having a reverse shoulder replacement, the whole experience was very professional, easy to navigate.
Everything was organised by Reda & team from appointments travel , documentation etc.
the hospital is extremely well run. Immaculate and Clean. Over night accommodation was very comfortable, with good post opp care.
After two nights in hospital I then had another four nights in the kuanas hotel, which was also well placed with ice packs etc.
logistics was organised by the hospital which functioned well.

I had done by now two hip surgeries at nordorthopaedics clinic by dr valdemar loiba - a young and professional surgeon. He isnt the only of such kind in the clinic. In fact, most of their staff are young. They do good job, which is worth the money paid for it. Clinic is comfortable and staff is helpful, that includes front desk, surgeons and especially customer service team. Neringa from customer service, who advises british patients, provided me with advice that helped me to save over £1000 each time in surgery costs.

I have trusted Nord with my two knee replacement surgeries and cannot fault them in any respect. They achieve the highest level of professionalism across the board, from administration and communication, nursing care, transportation coordination and surgery to post operative physiotherapy and ongoing support. A centre of excellence in every department I encountered. I would not hesitate to recommend Nord to anyone needing surgery.

Nord Orthopaedics is fantastic. I had a total hip replacement and the service from start to finish was second to none. From initial contact right through to flying home, everything was run like a well-oiled machine. I was hesitant when deciding to go to Lithuania for my surgery but Nord put my mind at rest every step of the way and it was the best decision I have made. I am well on the way to recovery thanks to Nord. The customer service, nursing and surgical teams and the logistic team were all superb. Kaunas is a lovely city, very safe and friendly. I would highly recommend Nord Orthopaedics to anyone considering using them for surgery.

I had shoulder surgery at Nord in June to reattach two rotator cuff tendons and repair my AC joint. Its only 2 weeks since my surgery, so still a long way to full recovery, but so far I have no regrets.
I was allocated an customer service agent called Reda who was helpful and responsive. She organised everything for me except my flights. I was also impressed with the surgeon, the nurses and the logistics team.
I was apprehensive beforehand but I needn't have worried as the whole thing was so efficient and professional. I'd definitely recommend.

I have just had my second knee replacement in Nordorthopaedics and I can fully recommend them for their fantastic package for surgery in Lithuania. The communication from the reps, the kindness and professionalism of staff, the skilled surgeons, the excellent physiotherapists and the drivers to and from the accommodation all contribute to a faster recovery programme, peace of mind and new friendships. From my first point of contact with the Nord clinic everything was first class, the staff at the hospital were amazing the moment I arrived. My consultation with the surgeon pre op and after was really reassuring, with me have a hip replacement. Then onto the physio team excellent and explain how things improve for you on the journey to recovery, making each exercise good fit you even when it was a challenge some days. Overall I would highly recommend using the clinic, and not to mention the team that pick u up each day for your physio….. brilliant service 5 star

From the start the staff made me feel at ease everyone from the people who were transporting us around to the surgical team. The after care was fantastic directly after surgery to the physio the help explaining everything answering any questions. I had a hip replacement the hip pain was gone just the healing pain each day it was better i was up walking and doing stairs the day after surgery. The whole experience was worth it I met some wonderful people who encouraged you through your journey . I would have no problem recommending Nord orthopaedics to anyone who is suffering pain to contact them for advice, they will guide you through each step

I cannot recommend Nordorthopaedics highly enough following my ACL reconstruction. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional.

Dr. Loiba is an outstanding surgeon, professional, reassuring, and clearly highly skilled. I felt completely confident in their care throughout the entire process.

The physiotherapy team, Juste and Laimonas, have been absolutely fantastic. Their guidance, encouragement, and expertise have made a huge difference in my recovery. The physiotherapy program is top-notch and has helped me regain strength and confidence much faster than I expected.

Every member of staff contributed to such a positive experience. The receptionists and nursing team were always friendly, efficient, and supportive.

Even something I am always very anxious about, my fear of needles, was handled with such care and understanding that it completely put me at ease.

The administrative team who handle the initial contact and coordinate all paperwork were incredibly efficient and organized, making the entire process smooth.

The drivers also deserve special mention for being reliable, punctual, and genuinely kind, making each visit stress-free.

Overall, the efficiency, professionalism, and level of care at Nordorthopaedics are truly outstanding. I’m incredibly grateful for the support I received and would highly recommend them to anyone considering treatment.

This organisation oozes expertise and professionalism, from my hip replacement operation to the excellent aftercare physio and the logistics operation delivering to and from hotel to clinic to airport. Half what it would have cost in UK and you get a holiday in a fine, clean, friendly city with good beer and first class cider! Lithuania should be proud of this clinic.

Surgeon/physio/nurses had a great experience with all of them! More than helpful surgery went great! I had ACL and Meniscus surgery! Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of going to Lithuania with Nord! 10/10 - Most people I came across going for surgery were from the UK, Ireland, US, Canada!

I hope I don’t need anything else doing surgery wise in my life but if It was needed I would 100% go back!

The managers on the emails are incredible very fast responses and go the extra mile to get you all the information you require prior to even arriving! You do not need to pay before you arrive, you can when you get there!

From my first inquiry my experience with Nordorthopaedics has been excellent. The website provides useful videos about my operation (Total Knee Replacement) and pre-op exercises. The Customer Service Representatives were very helpful and efficient in organising my trip and telling me exactly what I needed to do. Once I had made the booking and bought my flights they sorted out the hotel and arranged all the transport between the airport, hotel and clinics. After successful pre-op tests I was taken to the Nord hospital the next day for the operation. I met the anaesthetist and then the surgeon, and then I was sedated before the epidural was given. Then I awoke to very kind and attentive nursing staff. If I needed anything, I just had to press the button. My physio started immediately whilst in the hospital. After two nights and a follow-up with the surgeon I was taken back to my hotel, with a package of drugs, bruise gel and ice packs provided. If I needed anything else (eg a sleeping pill) I just had to ask at my physio clinic. I had opted for the 7 days of physio and it was really excellent - I was walking small distances unaided by day 7. I left with detailed instructions to continue my physio at home. I stayed at Hotel Kaunas, (with a special discount) which provides an excellent breakfast and is conveniently located amongst good restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful in freezing my ice packs. And the hotel is right next door to the most wonderful cake shop…. After day 7 my transport picked me and my husband up very early in the morning and took us back to the airport. I had booked Special Assistance via Ryanair and that all worked well. I definitely made the right decision in choosing Nordorthopaedics- not only is it half the price of the operation in Scotland, but they offer excellent service and expertise and of course the physio, which was superb. My husband is having the same operation at Nord early next year.

I have just returned from the Nordorthopaedics Clinic having had foot surgery. Unfortunately the waiting time in Wales was about 2 years and treble the price if I had gone private. I contacted them after reading their reviews and from that moment a delightful lady called Emilija was in constant contact with me. Everything was put in place immediately. They booked the accommodation and the communication, care and compassion was second to none. They pick you up from the airport and take you to the accommodation and to and from the clinic. Always on time and polite and helpful. Seeing people who have been there and come back again is a testament to how good thet are. The aftercare is exceptional and you can contact them anytime for any future help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very fast process from initial enquiry. Communication was excellent and prompt. Transfers from airport and to and from clinic on time. The medical process of my Total Hip Replacement was better than expected . I recovered really well and much faster than expected. The physio was really beneficial. The whole experience was first class. The clinic was spotless . I would highly recommend Nordorthopaedic Clinic.

My name is Hugh Forrest. I made the decision to contact nordorthpaedics for surgery after it taking a year to see nhs surgeon to be told on the 24th April that surgery would be a year to 18 months. I immediately made my mind up to go private. I was fortunate that having done my research I made contact with an ex nurse locally who had been for a total hip replacement who after her experience passed on alot of useful information to me (very grateful)made my mind up to go and within 2 weeks I had a date to go for the surgery on the 7th may .home after 5 days of physio now in recovery mode .the clinic itself was pristine. The receptionists were excellent and very helpful. The surgeon prof Sarunas an absolute gentleman who put me at ease.as did all the staff.5 day physio program enough to get me prepared for my fight home .big thankyou to prof Laimonas.(physio).and his team .if I needed my other hip done I wouldn't hesitate to go again.

An amazing service, I am a 25year old man who had torn my ACL. The service they provided was outstanding. Quick responses on emails, organised everything whilst I was there( travel, accommodation, tablets, physio). The doctors was fantastic provided me with information about what to do after my surgery. The nurses couldn’t do more to help me bring me tablets when I needed, ice packs and was so friendly. I would 100% recommend nord to anyone who is thinking about getting an operation done.

From my first email enquiry to my actual surgery, the service was absolutely first class. Drivers arrived to do pick up and transfers and texted with times, they were never late. The clinic staff arranged all the paperwork and subsequent visits for dressing changes. The medical team did excellent work. Fellow patients came from as far as western Canada as well as the UK, I didn't hear a word of criticism from anyone. I chose one of the suggested hotels (Kaunas Hotel), and again, this provided an excellent service.

The best place for professional help. High level support and organization from first communication to completion my treatment in the clinic. I chose this clinic and flew from Canada to Northopaedics Clinic in Lithuania! I met couple guy from Canada ! I highly recommended to get this clinic your own clinic abroad.
