Terrible company to do business with. Buy elsewhere. Their reason for not accepting a return is because the part I bought was not installed by a professional. No where, in their return policy, does it state that!! They only tell you that AFTER you install it and then try to return it if it doesn't work or is not the correct part. Do not do business with this company!! They are a fraud.

I ordered a gas valve for my water heater using a specific part # I've purchased in the past from other suppliers. When the package arrived it was a different part #. This part ended up working but was $41 less expensive than the part I ordered. When I asked for a refund of the $41 they told me that they don't price match. PRICE MATCH? It's from the same company! They refused to budge.

Ordered product number specific, not only was the item not even close to what I had ordered, it was broken to boot... Very pissed! They then want to charge 20% restock fee and shipping back!! For their freaking mistake!! Integrity very rare these days... Did I mention... Pisses me off?!!!

My inducer motor went out on my furnace and I needed a new one right away (January in Ohio). I paid $88 to have it shipped in one days time. Come to find out they shipped it "Ground advantage" (5 days to receive) I left a message about THIER mix up, and they should have sent another right away, but all they did is give me a partial refund for the shipping. Unbelievable that they would not do the right thing to correct their mistake. Bottom line, they do no care about the customer! Their attitude was condescending towards me the whole time in dealing with them. Do not buy from them!!!

Sent me a part that didn’t fit. Cost over $400 and they only refunded half the amount.

We purchased a furnace control board from this company on Amazon. We opened it and noticed it was not the correct part. After we returned it, we learned that there is a 50% restocking fee. We did not take pictures, so we have no proof to show the condition of the part when we received it. In addition, we had to dig for the return policy on the web. ClimaTek the seller on Amazon had no link to a return policy. We had to search North America HVAC. I wish we would’ve checked reviews online before purchasing from them.

THIEVES! I called and asked them what part I needed and they sent it to me. It didn't work so I returned it. Their website says nothing about a 50% restocking fee if you have installed the part. How am I supposed to know it doesn't work if I don't install it?! Then they say they can't resell the part after I returned it to them. So now they have the part and hundreds of my dollars for NOTHING! I can see why this company doesn't have a BBB rating LOL. They are NOT HONEST.

Ordered a HVAC part after verifying the correct part number and that they had the unit in-stock. Received the part from a different manufacturer (appeared to be a cheaper brand) with the wrong part number. In addition, the part that was sent cost way less than the unit I ordered and paid for. No reaching out from the company as to why a different part was being sent or that I would receive a credit for the difference in cost. No phone number to reach them. Learned my lesson.

I received the replacement motor and plugged it in and did not work, I called the tech line and they trouble shooted with me and motor is broken. Contacted North America and they are saying only 50% back as it was installed.
DO NOT buy from company, once they get you $ you will never get any refunds. Total SCAM, no live customer service, everything done by email.

I was ordering an GE blower motor and they sent me the after market motor. They told me this one was replacement part. But i want the GE motor not after market one then they issued an RMA return. When you return you have to pay shipping and 20% restocking fee. This is a riff off company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

Horrible company. I paid for expedited shipping and they shipped Ground! I asked for help as my AC is offline without the part and I am met with rude customer service representatives that do not care. They would not even refund my expedited shipping, as the standard Ground was free! They are a ripoff and not worth the effort. I would go to any other seller unless you want to deal with rude and uncaring customer service representatives and parts that arrive late. Wish me luck if the item even works as this company is bad!

Paid extra for shipping. Part was net even shipped until after the implied arrival date. A week later still don't have my ac parts. My next step will be contacting the BBB. Do not purchase from this company!!

Bait and switch AND horrible response to my seeking of resolution; paid (a lot) for "UPS Next Day Air" shipping, and it was over a day late... ordered on Friday at 10:18 AM (their site even says that orders by 3 are Next Day), UPS website says they deliver Next Day Air orders on Saturday, AC Part shows up on Monday; whole Friday and weekend of 87 degree temps. Informed them, just wanted credit for the shipping charge; (by the way, they don't answer phones; only method is text). Instead, they dug in their heels, hid behind statements like "... our policy says..." and ".. it's not our fault..." taking NO responsibility for ANY of it.... horrible, horrible customer experience... race to the bottom and treat your customers like garbage; no empathy, no care. Do not buy anything from these people; they need fix this, but they do not care. So, I'm disputing the whole transaction as a "fraud of service" becauseTHAT is what it is. This could have been easily remedied, but they couldn't see the wisdom of doing that.

The product was received and was the correct part. That is the only good news and the only reason I am giving this company 2 stars and not 1. The problem is that I paid an extra $14.99 for expedited shipping and was informed I would receive in 2-4 days, but then kept receiving daily delayed delivery updates. My customer has been without heat, so on the 7th day, I contacted NAHVAC and they said 2-6 days, but hello, it was already past the 6th day when they sent that response! Upon receiving the product on the 9th day, I noticed they sent it using USPS Ground Advantage and on their website, they state that they deliver 2-5 business days. Because I wasn't even confident I would receive the product at all, I ended up purchasing the same part for less money, free shipping AND received in 2 days from supplyhouse.com. NAHVAC stated it was Amazon's fault, but I have never had this problem ordering anything from Amazon before and have been ordering from them since they were created nor have I had to pay $14.99 with my prime membership especially for such a slooooow delivery. I have since returned the item, but they will not refund the outrageous shipping cost even when they misrepresented the delivery date and will not even acknowledge that it was NOT mailed with EXPEDITED shipping! I don't even think I have had to wait that long for anything I have ordered with non-expedited shipping. I told them they should refund my shipping cost and get their refund from USPS, since they dropped the ball, but they believe the delivery date was appropriate and acceptable. They contract with Amazon and USPS, so they should stand by the customer's entire experience when ordering a product from their company. It is not Amazon that I am no longer purchasing from, it is NAHVAC. Just seems like they should address the issues I am having with Amazon and USPS and not make their customer pay the price!

Purchased a furnace inducer motor from them through Amazon, part was packed like crap and one of the fan blades was broken off. This company doesn't take phone calls, only text and emails that they don't respond to.

I ordered a Carrier blower motor 1 hp HD52AR275 for a total of $475. I confirmed the order by phone and e-mail. They even confirmed the Carrier motor and model verbally and by e-mail.
They sent a Rescue EZ13 blower motor which sells for $240 most places and is a cheapo.
I plan to file complaints with the BBB as well as the Indiana Consumer Protection Agency.

I purchased a Blower Motor on Amazon which was sold by NorthamericaHVAC. I paid for expedited shipping because the agent said that the item was in stock and that it would be shipped out that same day. I paid for the item that morning around 8:20am. The following day I called and asked if it was shipped out and all I got was its being processed until finally after I called back a few more times I was told they would purchase it from another party and have it drop shipped to me in about 5 weeks. All 3 of the sales agents have bad attitudes. Also per my Amazon account it said it was shipped however it was not. They generated a tracking number to be used 5 weeks later. They are deceptive and have bad attitudes. Do not trust a word they say. I had every live chat script emailed to me and saved it in a folder. One more thing to add!!! The only way to communicate with them is via chat line or text only!!!! They are a 1.2 star rating out of 5 if that tells you anything??!! I use Supplyhouse.com and Technicalhotandcoldparts.com now. They have a real telephone to call and I got what I needed with same day shipping!

0 STARS IF I COULD...,i ordered a Condenser Motor that specifically says it's a Genteq...I even said in the note section of my Order and its on the invoice.. (Do Not send anything but a Genteq)...That NOT what i Received,,,I received a Broad Ocean Motor....After several conversations with customer service i got nothing...i was told it was the correct part that i ordered and the brand name means nothing...So if i buy a Lexus but i receive a Caddy it means nothing because the are both a car...Whadafuc....WARNING i wish i would have look at the reviews on this place before i bought...Stay away from them....Its never been out of the box and still sits in my garage...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.....Order #236104
