Arrived fast and the freeze dried fruit and veg my parrot loves it

They have a great selection of parrot toys, food etc. delivered on time. Would recommend.

Got to say when my parrot food gets delivered if I’m not home it’s usually delivered discreetly at the back of the house thankfully someone honest noticed it dumped at my doorstep for everyone to see

Its a good company to use as there toys are good quality and worth the money. Plus if you need any help or advice on your bird they are able to give you advice.

Delivery is very good too as items come within a few days of ordering.

It’s always a quick delivery and those at the end of the phone are always helpful, friendly and polite. The only thing that I don’t like is amount you have to spend to get free delivery, when you are single and a pensioner it’s a lot.

I’ve recently placed several orders with Northern Parrots as part of our ongoing bird room transformation (which has basically turned into a full-scale parrot paradise 🦜😄), and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

From the very first interaction, the level of care and expertise has been incredible. I spoke with Daniel, who clearly knows his stuff — and then some! He gave me loads of practical advice for my Greenwing Macaw, Toby, including brilliant enrichment and foraging ideas to keep his busy (and slightly mischievous!) mind occupied.

I also had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Sharon, who was just lovely. She showed such genuine kindness and empathy when I mentioned the recent loss of our African Grey, Loki — something that meant more than I can put into words. It’s rare to come across that level of compassion in customer service, and it really stayed with me.

Sharon also went the extra mile to check through my order, making sure everything was suitable and that measurements were spot on for the space we had planned. That kind of attention to detail gives you real confidence — especially when you’re juggling a big setup.

The products themselves are fantastic quality, delivery is quick, and everything just feels… easy.
