Above & beyond service & assistance
Contacted searching for spare bowls for my Rainforest Bolivia cage. And Sarah went above & beyond contacting the suppliers to see if she could source these for me! When calling to finish off the order Connor (i think that was the name) found all the details to take payment and arrange the order to be delivered for me. Exceptional given I didnt originally purchase my cage from them but they still helped given they stock others of the rainforest cages.
