Debs Marchant organised and delivered a…
Debs Marchant organised and delivered a service and MOT for my vehicle recently. In the past this has not always gone as smoothly could be expected. This time around everything was organised for the same day to mitigate the need for a curtesy vehicle and a return visit. All of the timings were explained to me before hand and the work was carried out in line with what she told me. After 30 odd years of using Northgate I can honestly say this was the best service I have received. My thanks go to Debs and the team.

Great experience with Steve. Him and his colleague were very helpful. They made sure we understood the procedure and took their time to explain anything we didn’t understand. They fulfilled a profession and smooth transaction of our hire vehicle. Steve is the only member of your team who will ring us up in advance to give us updates on our requested vehicles and keeps us updated throughout the process.

Fantastic Company, Fantastic Hire - 5 Stars
We hired a van from Darren at Northgate for our Annual Musical Theatre show in both 2022 and 2023 and are booking again for this year because we just cannot fault the service. The company are very professional and the van we were given was fantastic condition and Darren could not have been more attentive and informative when he explained clearly the details of our hire. Northgate are a great company to hire from and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for Van hire.

Con Artists !
So disappointed you will loose your deposit no matter what . I brimmed the van full of fuel and cleaned it before teturn and still the phoney charges. One was reputted a chip that was on the van upon arrival luckilly i took pictures of it at the time. So now its best part of £200 pounds for exess milage i did not even move for the last month of hire. £180 to collect its just a racket way over priced anyway sheer greed.
