Great service provided!
Brent Cross team was extremely helpful with the service they provided. My van was unfortunately had to stay on site but the process for a replacement vehicle was quick and smooth. Thanks again!

Great Service
I was due to collect 4 vans on the Tuesday morning to be told by the depot the systems down and there's nothing we can do. Unfortunately this is where big companies fall down, no concept of the small persons business. My work doesn't stop just because their system doesn't work, with no manual back up. These vans were for new work, work where I had to prove I could give a good service. Luckily for me, I'd dealt with Linda Deanes for a previous issue, I emailed her and asked if she could call, she did, and she call me multiple times, with regular updates. long story short, I was able to collect 3 of the 4 vans and this was only because the depot hadn't collected the 4th, so wasn't on site. I can't thank Linda enough, such brilliant service, Northgate, you need more Linda's. All ended well, customer still happy and the work is still mine. I'd also like to say Sanaz at the depot was very helpful and went out of her way to resolve this issue.
