Front of desk was really helpful hard and cliff are very knowledgeable and always keep me informed with progress of my vehicle
Workshop are really good and knowledgeable with all new tec and know how when it comes to issues with vehicle.
I would definitely recommend this branch.

Came in had to kill 2 hours gave me good spots to go eat came back gave me free hot chocolate, made sure I was comfortable and catered to. So I’ll give these lot out a 5/5.

I cannot express enough how amazing the staff are at the Cannock branch. It’s not even my local but I’m happy to travel further to deal with them. Polite, welcoming and above all else, professional, friendly customer service. I faced an unexpected nightmare of a problem… my van’s cam-belt broke, leaving me stranded with all my gear onboard. After Northgate Breakdown Service towed me back to Cannock, that’s when the magic started. My man Cliff made sure I was looked after, talking me through the process and keeping me updated every step of the way. While in the background, working his own magic, was Scott - who found me a van quickly, made sure it was readily available to drive away and got me back out on the road. Nothing but respect for everyone at Northgate for supporting me so quickly with amazing customer service. Hat’s off!

Quality Service
The marketplace has changed significantly in recent years in preventing technicians to truly demonstrate their acquired skill sets, all too often it is a supply and fit remedy rather than diagnose the route cause of an issue that unfortunately besets modern day vehicles. Northgate Cannock are extremely fortunate to have Lester who is a Master Technician, his attention to detail, skill sets and professionalism have been honed over several years and it is refreshing to know that quality "mechanics" do still exist.

Van Fault on a Saturday
Went in to Cannock branch first thing on a Saturday with and electrical fault on my van.
Staff got it straight into the workshop and technician Dave had me back on the road within an hour.
Any time i've ever had an issue here it's been resolved in a fast and efficient manner with great customer service.
