There is no option for no stars
There is no option for no stars. If you need a vehicle of any kind and your only option is northgate in glasgow then get the bus or walk. Customer service is terrible and the vehicles are poorly cleaned

Great customer service all the girls on…
Great customer service all the girls on the front desk are very friendly and helpful. JP was particularly helpful when I needed a replacement van he went the extra mile and I really appreciate the help he provided.

Useless
Useless, My manager got an email from northgate telling him that my van had missed a service appointment despite not being contacted about any appointment. Carried on to tell me that i had to bring it in today at 10am. So I brought it over dropped it to them at about 09:30 after a nightshift and was told a couple of hours and that they would call me when it was ready. So I walked over to the Fort and at almost 2pm decided to walk back to see if it was ready.
No phone call, but got an email at 14:07 from my office to tell me the van was ready to collect. Walked in a few minutes later and was told they were bringing it round. Its now 4pm and im still waiting. Now told it needs brakes, and wont be ready til tomorrow, they will arrange a loaner for me, then it looks like they have got my van mixed up with another, and its been ready all this time, im just home, with my van, almost 6pm, I have been there all day and that was off a nightshift.

fantastic service from northgate vehicle hire at Queenslie industrial estate, Glasgow. Dealt with a man named John Mclaughlin who went above and beyond to ensure we were dealt with promptly to ensure the smooth day to day running of our business, and when a problem arose he provided us with a replacement vehicle to ensure we wouldnt be losing out that day

Hire van repair
We had a van with a broken key.The team at Glasgow contacted me and informed me of how this would be fixed.
They called me back a couple of hours later to inform that they had fixed the key and the van was ready to be collected.
Great service as always from the team at Queenslie.
