They somehow manage to keep their high score somehow. Trustpilot you need to sort it out.
They ripped me off for 2k for a dent on a door, charged 3 days it would apparently take to repair, but here's the kicker, they don't have to actually repair it, this goes against consumer law in the UK. My life's hobby is letting everyone know what scumbags they are.
And just for context, I garnished 2 quotes before I handed the piece of shit bk that they hired me, both around 800 and a day to do.

I worked with northgate to supply the company I work for some new vehicles. The guys at ipswich were amazing, so polite, organised and helpful. Spencer was with me during the van swaps and completely outdone himself the day wouldn't have gone so well without him he really was an absolute gem. Also Brian and the guy on the front desk that day Anthony were nothing short of amazing with the scheduling and booking in of the old and new vehicles. As a team I can highly recommend the ipswich branch for great service and quality vehicles.

Our company ordered 30 new vans from northgate ipswich all the vans were perfect quality. The transition of the 30 old vans to the 30 new vans went incredibly smoothly thanks to the guys at northgate ipswich they were organised, polite and so helpful to the engineers collecting thier new vehicles.

Joe Leech in particular stands out and the customer service since he came to work for Northgate has been outstanding - nothing is too much for him to help me, whether we need an urgent service appointment or help with anything else - Joe is my go to at Northgate. Ipswich branch in general are always helpful and polite even when I ask silly questions! - cannot recommend them enough.
