Great experience at Northgate Reading…
Great experience at Northgate Reading branch, reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, particularly Tim.
Martin the technician spent time explaining what he had to do in order to resolve the issue with my vehicle. All done at such a reasonable price.
Great service all round!

Extremely helpful guys at the Reading…
Extremely helpful guys at the Reading Branch when I had a problem with my van. They had a mechanic look at it straight away and within minutes found the fault! Then within an hour they had fixed the fault and I was on my way again. Thank you for the coffee and biscuits whilst I was waiting!!

As soon as I walked in, Tim gave me a big smile and asked me what I needed help with straight away and pointed me in the right direction, very helpful and polite.
Ali was very friendly and funny and made sure I was taken care of.
Aiden was very helpful and sorted out my old van so I could get my stock out of it.
Tracey was very clear on instructions and how the loan works.
Overall the front desk staff were amazing, normally I’d feel awkward but I didn’t feel this way one bit. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Very helpful. Tried to get a more suitable van from other branches and didn’t get any help. Within 10 minutes the guys at reading branch had a suitable van ready for me to go away in.

After working away for the week
After working away for the week, I was looking forward to getting home. Sadly, the van I was driving developed an ADBLUE fault roughly 1 1/2hrs from home and got stranded at the M3 services until being relayed at to Northgate Reading Branch for a vehicle changeover.
Ali met me at roughly 1.35am processed the changeover and by 2am i was back on the road heading home.
Ali, sorry for getting you out of bed yet thank you for getting me back on the road.... a pleasure to deal with.
