The collection of the van went well, your staff were friendly and thorough.
I was told that the van would be collected two days ago, so I've had to stay in for the last two days for no reason, when I could have been working away from home.

Hi Ian, thank you for your review!
We're pleased to hear that the collection of the van went smoothly and that you found our team friendly and thorough. 🌟
We're very sorry, however, to learn that you were advised the vehicle would be collected two days earlier and that this resulted in you having to remain at home unnecessarily. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been, particularly when it impacted your ability to work elsewhere.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We take all customer feedback seriously and are disappointed to learn that you feel your latest experience has not reflected the level of service we strive to provide. Your comments have once again been noted and will be shared with our Snodland branch.
To allow me to investigate this further for you, please can you email customer.services@northgate.co.uk with the registration of your vehicle and we can get this logged as a complaint for you. Once again, we are sorry to hear of the issues raised, we do hope we can make this experience a more positive one for you.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate both your positive comments and your honest feedback.
Take care,
Emma
