Won’t use them ever again - vehicle went back and was unfortunately signed for - few days later £5k bill landed - absolutely ridiculous - told them getting an independent mechanic in to do full review of repairs needed - no sign vehicle 2 days later when turned up to do the review as was sent to there sales department- slight discount on windscreen as was never repaired yet they tried charge over £500 - after numerous attempts of asking for photo evidence they could not supply!! - hiding behind small print on hire contracts - keep well away from them

This is not the experience we want any customer to have. We take issues around vehicle condition, repair assessments, and communication extremely seriously, and it’s disappointing to hear that you felt your requests for clarification were not adequately addressed. We also appreciate how frustrating it must have been to arrange an independent review only to find the vehicle was no longer available.

After having an absolute nightmare with a rental van coming from Northgate Cardiff, the Stockport depot managed to sort me out a temporary van, and eventually provide me with a brand new van, all kitted out and ready to go

We always deal with Jae, who is nothing but pleasant and cannot do enough for you we travel abroad a lot and Jae is always on top of this getting the appropriate paperwork set up for us, recently had an enquiry about our other van which is down south and Jae even pulled up information in regards to this.
