10 years excellent service
I have been dealing with Northgate for the last 10 years and their service is always spot on.Mary has always been my first port of call whenever I have a problem and she never lets me down , and more recently I have dealt with Paul and Leanne who have also been very helpful too,I always recommend Northgate to anyone who needs to hire a vehicle

The best around…
I have been renting vans now for some time. Gaz and the team go above and beyond all the time to make sure my business can run efficiently. Nothing is ever to much for these guys. If you are looking for van rentals I would 100 percent recommend. Thanks again!

My colleague was involved in RTA in…
My colleague was involved in RTA in cheshire village
Yersterday afternoon unfortunately the recovery vehiche didn't arrive on seen until after 8-30pm recovering him and the vehicle involved with collision
They took the vehicle back to Northgate Stoke office where they patiently waited with a replacement vehicle 11pm that night
Hats off to the staff waiting allowing my colleague to continue on home 90miles from Stoke office

I can't fault the service and…
I can't fault the service and helpfulness of stoke branch from the front desk to the mechanics in the workshop and there mobile mechanics, I've had a number of issues which I've needed help with but Stoke branch have always gone above and beyond in helping resolve them for us even when the problem was at other branches.... 10/10 Soke branch......👍
It's a shame that the rest of there branches aren't modeled on stoke....
I've been quite fortunate with all of my dealings with northgate across the board most of the time but some of my colleagues haven't been so lucky and have received terrible service ranging from long waits, empty promises and extremely bad attitudes from the help desks in branches.....
