Placed a 178 order. I was given,applied, and input accepted at checkout for a 10% discount. Shipping was free. I hit the complete order and was charged 191. The 10% discount "disappeared " although it was present at the final charge before payment. I consider that fraud. ****EDIT they made a correction refund and blamed it on glitch in their system......if you do any autoship business I' d think twice about that option or minimally watch it like a hawk. ****

I am a 77 year old male, one who remains very fit and busy. My wife told me it was time to use Dyna Dry (a second light stain on the sofa was the trigger). Under protest (and embarrassment), I gave it a shot. And . . . whoa! I'm all in! This is a GREAT product! The comfort is what I like. The security? Well, heck yes, that too! (SMILE)

They changed everything ! They are thinner and the plastic outer cover is rough and not a bit comfortable! Looking to go somewhere else ! Not impressed at all ! Same price lower standards !

I ordered some pull up underwear and booster samples, I am glad I didn't commit to a high dollar order. These products are not designed for overnight use. I am a side sleeper and the urine just ran down my leg onto the mattress. The booster and underwear may have caught 10% of my bladder contents.

Hi I’m in the uk and wanted to try out the northshore supreme plastic backed diapers/nappies and having to pay more for the privilege. Upon trying one on the plastic backing feels nice and comfortable so no complaints there the thickness is also fine.but the leg elastics seem to be none existent no stretch to them they don’t grip around the legs they are not up to what I was expecting at all. I really wish northshore would look at fixing this problem as they would have a great diaper/nappy if this was looked at and fixed. I understand this is not as straightforward to do and will be very surprised if me saying this will change anything?. I ordered off the website diaper minister

Very easy to shop, orders are placed almost instantly, gets to me quick and have never seen any damage. In fact ive gotten a few extras that really made me happy, the little things still count! In all, job well done everyone. Very pleased and keep it up.

Very pissed off. These jerks sent my package with another hand delivered open adult diaper brochure, it had not even been in an envelope. Fed ex supposedly said nothing when they delivered it to my neighbor's house. Now I have to live with this crap, selling my house. Thanks morons!

Now after few days I’m being told I placed 3 orders, only 1 was cancelled.
Only 1 was delivered.
They are telling 1 order was delivered to my billing address in a different state.
Customer service is just sending automated emails…

Denies free sample requests until you make a purchase order. They clearly value money over their customers and their well-being. This is disgusting of a company to do seeing as I am disabled and need incontinence products but often can’t afford it. Their customer service team is unhelpful and often times rude. The cases I had purchased from them were in AWFUL CONDITION, diaper stuffing falling out, tapes ripping off, leaks, etc. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This is a great company! They have some of the highest quality incontinence products that you can find. I wasn't used to non-supermarket brands, and their prices seemed steep, but they really aren't. I didn't need as much product due to the absorbency and had way fewer skin issues and leaks. It actually wound up being less expensive in the long run. Their customer service is great too and service is quick.
