Ordered 2 mens bracelets and with expedited shipping. Said to expect shipping update in 48 hours. Here I am 7 days later and have nothing. No response to emails and they don't answer their calls. HIGHLY FRADULENT BEHAVIOR> BUYER BEWARE

So, I ordered a ring and matching necklace from the website before reading reviews and I can honestly say I was upset thinking that I'd been ripped off after reading them here, but hey, I didn't research it so my bad, better luck next time right. So, you can imagine my surprise when I not only received the products I ordered quicker than they said, because they did warn it could be up to a month (I received mine in about 3 weeks) but the quality of the jewelry was as good if not better than I expected. I'm very happy with my purchase from this company.

Items paid for never showed up. Keep requesting refund and getting run around.

I spent 65 dollars on a Blue Dragonclaw ring back in 2018, and to this day have still not received it. Their emailing was trash and they kept jerking me around about a refund opportunity which the link they provided was just a link to their order website. They have found ways to remove my reviews on other websites, delete my comments on their IG posts and IG page, accused ME, the customer, of LYING when I warn people on their IG advertisements to AVOID THE SCAM. It’s been three years now, and I promise you Northwrist YOUR COMPANY WILL NEVER BE RID OF ME WARNING people of your FRAUD.

Absolutely Awful
Brought a gift from here for my partner for our anniversary.
Parcel arrived over a month late. I emailed the company 10 times but no response.
I have requested a refund for the last month but again no response.
Absolutely appalled. Ruined our anniversary and will still not reply to me.

Avoid Northwrist, it is a scam company. I ordered a pair of mugs but the quality was terrible, not worth nearly what they charged. They claim to have a return policy but their phone number and email address have been deactivated, so they don't actually provide any customer service.

Dishonest seller.
Given a discount code but order completed with no option to enter code. When I contacted they said they would refund the 15% discount. They never did and do not answer any emails anymore.
Buyer beware. Very dodgy seller

I purchased many bracelets from this site with no issues, the last one i purchased has not arrived and i am getting the run around. Their site was down for a bit so it makes me wonder if they are hanging on with a thread,, buyer beware ...

Absolutely terrible. My son saved and saved to buy two products from northwrist and we still haven’t received it. We order on the 18th February 2021.

I ordered three mugs from these company back in early february. It's been almost two months and I have not received any tracking information on my mugs. I sent over 4 emails desperately trying to get somebody to reply to my. Only the first email was answered with a case number assigned to my and nothing else. I will be contacting my financial institution to see if I can get my money back. I wish I had read their reviews before making a purchase. Really the worst company I've dealt with!!

Terrible. I’ve waited over 40+ days for my package to arrive I never received any info ab where it was being shipped from or by what carrier and never got any kind of tracking on my package I’ve emailed them 10 times about it to which they’ve never replied anything other than an a robot email they essentially stole 35$ from me, highly recommend you never purchase anything from them/ terrible customer service, terrible company, thieves

I ordered a mens bracelet and had to wait (15) days for delivery. I was okay with that. I received the bracelet which was very nice but it didn't fit. I requested a return for the next size up. I received an immediate reply stating they would get back to me and that's where the communication ended. I emailed over a 7-8 day period with no response. I finally had to get with my credit card company to do a charge back. I have still yet to hear anything back. I would have much preferred to have the next size up instead of my money back. I will careful ordering from this company.

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from this company. As many have stated, the mug I bought for $55 is way overpriced for what I received, which is worth MAYBE $10. Very cheap looking with rough edges. I filled out the product return form on their website, and although I did hear back from them, once I said I would be returning the product and requested the company address, I haven't heard back from them since.

Absolutely awful customer service. Product took months to arrive (close to half a year). Customer service constantly making excuses and no compensation for the aggrevation. And then the product breaks easily because it is cheaply made. Save your money and don't bother with these people

Original review: I cannot believe I spent this much on very low quality mugs. At over $50 USD a mug, you'd expect a decent quality item. I bought 4 and I'm highly disappointed. They are plastic and much smaller than pictured. Plus, they dont even come in a box with any info about them. Could have bought at spirit Halloween for much less. This could very well be a scam in my opinion.

Absolute trash! I ordered a mug intended as a Christmas gift for my husband. It arrived 2 days before Christmas BROKEN. I reached out to customer service to request a refund and I’ve been offered a replacement mug which does me absolutely no good since it took weeks to get the mug in the first place OR a ‘store credit’ for the amount of my purchase. Also not an option because I would never spend another cent with this company for their overpriced garbage from China. Please, run far and run fast from North Wrist.

Dishonest company. Shipped me the wrong items, lied about which items they shipped, and want me to pay to return them! This seems a common theme from some of the other comments.

Ordered an Ox horn mug with a black bottom , I received I plastic mug, I spend 85 dollars on a 5 dollar plastic mug . Their return policy is to send it back with all packaging at my own expense or keep the mug and get 75% off another product . I’ve asked if they could send me the proper product but they have chosen to ignore this request and not respond. Please don’t spend any money on this company, they are frauds with fraudulent advertising

Packaging isnt how its pictured online (horns appear in a box online) however sent in wine bottle bubble wrapping... No response to product queries on social media.

I spent $100 on a mug and a bracelet that I could have bought at a $2 shop. The mug is like a flimsy Halloween decoration. The steel lining isn't glued in the the resin so liquid gets in between the layers. Not hygienic at all. The bracelet is fine, as described i suppose. But $40 for a $2 bracelet. Feels like vinyl not leather.
Also, did not come in the nice black boxes like in the product pictures. Came in a cardboard box in a plastic wrapper. Not a premium product. Don't be tricked into buying because of the lovely website and expensive pricing. Very disappointed.
