Great staff awful price given on my part exchange and awful service from the accounts department setting the outstanding finance with Honda finance. Finally I wasn't told the motorcycle side of Norton Way Honda would be closed down imminently after I collected my new Honda motorcycle, so no after service which is really disappointing. The service department fitted heated grips on my motorcycle and the staff again were fantastic.

Fourth time Lucky, Each time I send this it Fails. I was served by James Taylor he was very helpful and Professional. I had a small problem with my number plate light I took the bike back and it was fixed while waiting, it only took 10 minutes. Many thanks R Farr.

I had a good experience at Norton Way Letchworth, the sales staff were professional and friendly. They gave me a good deal on a used motorcycle, it’s in fantastic condition and feels brand new. Also, they were extremely patient even though I asked a lot of questions, and were able to accommodate my request to shift delivery dates fairly easily.
