Honda Civic Sportline
I recently purchased a Honda Civic online and could not be happier with the experience. Michael, the sales agent, was an absolute pleasure to deal with- professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly, from the initial enquiry to the final delivery. Communication was clear and consistent, and I felt confident every step of the way.
I highly recommend both the vehicle and the service. The car is great👌and buying from an official Honda dealer adds extra peace of mind, especially with the included 12-month warranty and breakdown cover.

For this purchase I made an error in my choice relating to the honda safety package however the sales staff Florence and Steve persevered through many difficulties to give me an acceptable alternative. I'm delighted with the car a CRV advantage and its very comprehensive safely package all due to the perseverance and tenacity of Steve and Florence. 5* doesn't go far enough to rate them.

Great used car purchase experience
I'd like to thank Katie C for making my recent car purchase such a positive experience. With her gentle guidance and customer lead approach I never felt under any pressure to purchase the car I was interested in. And when collecting the car, she explained all the additional products simply and clearly but the options being left entirely to myself. The whole experience at Norton Way Honda was smooth and not at all stressful, unlike recent experiences at other dealers.
