Professional dealership
We bought a used Skoda here that we had initially seen online. From the initial test drive to the car collection, the whole process went very smoothly. Ravi was very patient with us and all of our questions. We really appreciated the time he took to explain everything to us and to point out useful features on the car. The one year warranty that came with our car was a key factor in deciding to purchase this car with them. So far, we are very happy with the customer service and with the car.

I came to look at a Honda CRV and I found the sales staff to be friendly, knowledgable, helpful and honest. I was genuinely impressed. They did not have the exact model that I wanted in stock but they provided me with a lot of very useful information and I would not hesitate to give them my business in the future. We were well treated with respect and professionalism by Ravi and Tracy at Wimbledon Park Honda.
The car we had ordered took longer than originally expected and they were very apologetic and kept us up to date with our order. It wasn't a problem for us because we were in no rush.
We now have our new car and couldn't be happier with the car or the service provided.

The sales person was honest, knowledgeable and not pushy-cars will sell them self without no sales person sales crap unlike the sales person over at the Honda Chiswick’s showroom (few weeks earlier)who was FULL OF IT !

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The vehicle arrived before the end of April '23 as originally promised. The final paperwork and date for the handover was co-ordinated remotely by email whilst I was in the Far East. Overall I was very satisfied with the service that was provided.
