Love my ‘Marmite’ Xmas jumper. I have received excellent customer service.

The jumper I order was delivered within a few days. The quality was very good as was the design. It was true to size and washed well on a cool wash in the machine without any shrinkage. It cost more than I have paid before for a Xmas jumper but it was worth the money and to support a smaller business. I would definitely recommend and order from them again

After ordering The Beatles jumper, I then ordered a Snowman jumper and two Snowman scarfs as presents for Xmas.
Everyone was very happy with gifts and very impressed with quality of products.

I like that this company is trying to do some good and avoid fast fashion related waste. However, I ordered two scarves off them for my children. I was charged for two but only one turned up. I have repeatedly tried to email the company but have been ignored for the last fortnight. Awful customer service and incredibly frustrating experience.

*Edit* After leaving this review, Notjustclothing clarified that their reporting system had been broken and had been unable to receive any requests or feedback. They rectified the mistake and also gave me a discount on the order. I have found them to be a very good company with good customer service once they saw this review.

Bought my mum a snowman blanket for Christmas and she loves it. It is beautiful quality and very warm.

My original order went missing in the annual Evri parcel mountain! I raised the issue with Evri to which I've still not had a response.
When I contacted Gunai at NJC he was very friendly helpful and proactive. A new parcel was dispatched and amazingly arrived in time to be my daughter's Christmas present. Well done Gunai.
