Ordered a Christmas jumper in xl which is 46-48, when it came the size was cut out and it measured 40.
I was contacted by Jaccob who promptly sent me a label to return the jumper. He refunded me the money when he got the jumper. Thank you so much for your help

This shop seems to be very hit or miss so I’d recommend avoiding altogether. Ordered an item 03/12 with an est. delivery of 5-7 days. After 2 weeks I reached out as I hadn’t received any updates, they sent me a tracking link and said it was 5-7 *business* days (despite it not saying so originally, but tbh it’s kind of expected i guess). After a full month still no updates on the tracking site, reached out again and they let me know they’d update the site. 2 days later i find out my item was out of stock when i bought it and was issue a refund. This was a seasonal item and i hoped to be able to get it before xmas since receiving it after then would’ve been a little useless.
The customer service wasn’t great and honestly having to wait a month and reaching out multiple times to find out that my item wasn’t even in stock is kind of a pain. It seems multiple people have had this issue as well so i’d just stay away from this site. Only reason i’m giving 2 stars is cos they seemed to have been quicker with my refund than with others but still bad

Appalling customer service, sizing is all over the place. Requested a return and refund as item to tight and sleeves way to long and still no response after 3 weeks. Watch out for the terms and conditions as they do not comply with the online buying / selling legislation. I will never use this company again which is a shame because the ethos of 50% going to charity is so good.

Ordered a Christmas jumper beginning of December, paying premium for next day delivery. A courier tracking number was raised, saying my item was due the following day. From that date delivery was delayed as the courier had not received the item from the seller.

After several attempts to cancel my order and request a refund (as the item was seasonal, and no longer suitable), they declined constantly stating the order had been processed and was to be dispatched in the following days, which it never was.

Finally I was contacted two weeks later to say the item was out of stock, offering an alternative item (only days before Christmas). Had to raise an issue with PayPal to finally receive my refund.

Would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I ordered the wrong size jumper and just a few days before Xmas they’ve sent out a replacement for next day delivery. Very helpful great customer service

Avoid purchasing from this company. They fail to deliver and don't respond to emails. I had no alternative but to pursue obtaining a refund through my credit card company.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but feel my hands are tied and hope that this might resolve my issue more quickly. Essentially, I ordered a xmas jumper and when it came it was too small (the inconsistency between sizes seems to be a recurring issue amongst the reviews) so I had to get in contact with notjustclothing to arrange for it to be returned. It took them quite a long time to get back to me. When they eventually did I sent back my jumper and very clearly requested the same jumper just in the next size up. The process took a long time but eventually the new jumper arrived... and it was exactly the same size as the one previously ordered. I emailed notjustclothing again a while ago asking for this to be resolved quickly as I would obviously quite like a xmas jumper before xmas but still haven't had any kind of response from them. Overall very poor service. Disappointed.

I placed an order 20/10/21 on a 3-5 day tracked basis as I was moving home 28/10/21 and wanted to be sure the item arrived in time. A tracking notice was not received until 3/11/21 a full 15 days later, at which point I contacted Notjust to ask them to re- direct the parcel to my new address. After many emails with no response someone came back to me saying that they would put it through the letterbox of my old address after I explicitly asked them not to do that!!!! Email after email and finally they responded to say the parcel was delivered to the my old address and can I go and collect it. This is after already explaining to them numerous times that the property was now empty, I have no keys and have moved out of the area. I requested a refund and was told that I can have 50% off of my next order. So in a nutshell, you deliver my parcel 15 days late, your customer services do not respond to emails and when they do, show that they have not read the previous communications properly. You then offer me a 50% discount in the hope that I will spend more money with you after my goods gave not been received. Absolutely shocking, will never order from these people again…!!!!
