I’ve had decent experiences in ordering from NOVICA and the items have been nice and just as described. My only warning is to plan in advance because some items seem to get “stuck” in the delivery process wherein I’ve received notice that a label was created but then the tracking doesn’t move at all for 1 to 2 weeks. I’m not sure the reason why but after I contact them to ask, the item/tracking seems to get moving again and the purchase arrives pretty quickly after that. They don’t explain though, just give me a new tracking link where I see progress has recently been made and the item is then actually on the way to me.

So far, my experience of this network, and the goods provided, has been nothing less than stellar. Wonderful variety of options on an easy-to-navigate site, that arrive in their gorgeousness and shine! AND it's serving populations better than any other shopping experience! What's NOT to love?

NOVICA offers unique, hand-made products from artists around the world. I especially like the jewelry and clothes made of 100% cotton, wool, silk, rayon, or bamboo. This site is full of wonderful gift items.

Novica offers quality items at a variety of price points, and I feel that their pricing is quite reasonable. I enjoy being able to support Fair Trade artisans throughout the world. The merchandise arrives in a timely manner and beautifully wrapped - even without paying extra for gift wrapping. It is always accompanied by a note from the artisan, which is a special touch. The few times when an item was not what I expected, and I needed to return it, the return process was seamless. In addition, Novica offers incentives for savings- both through discounts it provides in emails, and the ability to accrue credits by using the site. It is one of my go-to companies!

If and when I am looking for something special or different, I always look at Novica, and I can always find what I want. The fact that the artisans involved in Novica are all trying to start up their own businesses and support their families, is so special to me. They are so talented and full of love....you can just see it and feel it in their work. I have so much from Novica, and I truly love every single piece.

Am 2.2.2026 Katzenplattform 'Levi' vorbestellt mit der Info es wäre Mitte Februar lieferbar. Jetzt haben wir den 8.3. und keinerlei Kommunikation. Auf Nachfrage kommt die Antwort "in 3-4 Werktagen" - die sind auch schon wieder vorbei. Unterirdisch.

Los productos seguro que son buenos, pero un desastre la web. Intenté comprar una cárdigan unas cuantas veces y la web no me lo permite. La atención un desastre porque al expresar mi problema me dijeron que no podían arreglarlo y me he quedado sin la compra, cosa que me parece una falta de respeto al cliente.
