Efficient, reliable & excellent service

What can I say... Can highly recommend Nathan and his workmanship every time. Nathan fitted a kitchen for me a couple of years ago and most recently a complete heating system and replacement radiators. He is very reliable and nothing is too much trouble. His communication skills are excellent , he is a hard worker and keeps everything clean and tidy. Would recommend Nathan to anyone time and time again. Thanks Nathan! Nic L.

brilliant honest reliable good value for money can't fault have used Nathan for 2 kitchens in the past and now onto bathrooms and boiler servicing.

Highly recommend Nathan. He did an excellent job servicing our two LPG boilers, he also provided lots of advice on how to improve our systems without using a sales approach. He has a very customer centered style and we felt very comfortable having him inside our house. We will certainly be using his services again.

Highly recommended, responded very quickly to deal with gas leak found on existing pipework. explained the problem clearly and discussed the best way to deal with the issue. Work was very tidy and work area left clean.

What a nice guy!! Made time to review and undertake a quick fix on the same day. Sorted the parts and was back at the end of his day to install them as this was my only available day. An absolute gent and cannot praise him enough. Many thanks Nathan

Nathan has been brilliant. He has been available to fix a broken boiler twice now & both times has come at short notice. He was recommended by a friend, and has since replaced my Mum’s bathroom too. She is delighted! He is polite, professional, works hard and cleans up as though he’s never been. I can’t recommend him highly enough

Offers a professional service at a reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and able to fix problems efficiently.
Have been using NETC for sereval years now and would highly recommend.

Nathan Billing is very helpful and friendly. During my boiler services he gave good advice and is obviously well qualified in his field. His fees are very reasonable and I feel he is honest and trustworthy. Definitely recommend.

Our first dealings with Nathan as managing agents. He did exactly what he said he would, fixed the problem and impressed the Tenants with the speed of the repair. We will be asking him to help us again!

Great service as always from Nathan - thanks!

Nathan (NTec) has installed a complete bathroom refit and replaced radiators for us. Always really good on communicating with client and delivers a professional and friendly service. Would highly recommend!

We selected Nathan to upgrade our central heating boiler a year ago from personal recommendations. He showed complete knowledge and understanding of his industry (a rarity and pleasure in today’s world).
He carried out the work while we were on holiday and we returned to a very clean and tidy house. The quality of his work was highlighted by the neatness of the pipe runs.
Nathan returned yesterday to carry out the annual service on the boiler and as usual it was a pleasure to see him.
Basically Nathan is an extremely nice chap and a damn good pluming technician (far more than just a plumber).
Can't recommend him highly enough.

Nathan has refurbished my bathroom and services my boiler and he is highly professional, committed and honest. I would never dream of using anyone else for my plumbing and heating needs, a pleasure to know such a tradesman.

Nathan has recently completed the complete refurbishment of our main bathroom and en suite shower room. We couldn’t be more delighted with the work that Nathan has done. Not only has he done a brilliant job, during the whole of the three and a half weeks he was with us, he was hard working, always on time, tidy, efficient and a pleasure to have around. Nathan came to us highly recommended and we too couldn’t recommend him more highly. Thank you Nathan, we really appreciate the work you’ve done.

Nathan did an excellent job fitting a new bathroom for us last year and he's just finished an equally polished job refitting our en suite. Always spot on time each morning he is not only very professional, but also most friendly and helpful. A pleasure to have him in the house. We recommend him without reservation as a first class and reliable craftsman.

Work carried out earlier than planned. Arrived on time and cleared up after work! A pleasure to have around. Highly recommended.

Excellent - the best plumber I’ve ever come across. Does a very neat and thorough job, but also really good at managing his workload. He turns up when he says he is going to and, if your problem is urgent, he will stabilise it until he can return to do a permanent repair.
