Pretty bad, Don't buy from them.

A battery carrying 4 years warranty, failed in 4 months and would not do anything about it.

Not pickup of battery, no replacement, no support.

Extremely bad they are.

Purchase a battery from numberonebatteries on Ebay in November 2025.
Less than 3 months later, the battery is shot and the cells are faulty. They infer in their description that the battery comes with a 4 year warranty. This is a false and misleading description. Reported to Ebay who did nothing, and the company just ignored my repeated messages. This is a sham company that should be avoided like the plague. Why ebay allow them to ply this disgusting trade is beyond me. These are cheap, mass-produced batteries produced in Turkey and sold to an unsuspecting public with no recourse. A very bad experience. Should have read trustpilot reviews before purchasing, instead of reading the Ebay fake descriptions.

Bought battery from them via E-bay. Ordered a 66Ah battery, only to be sent a 50Ah When I complained, I was told that it was correct, Cost involved sending it back was not worth the postage and trouble so I sold it on to someone else. I lost two days work because of this scumbag Daljinder Singh Bains Has appeared in Luton Crown Court found guilty.Google it for info

I brought a battery off this company in July no problem but six months down the line the battery no reason exploded , I did everything the instructions said , but this company are hell bent on saying I left the ventilation plugs in that release the gas from acid in the battery i sent photos of the battery to them i put the plugs back in to show i still have the battery complete, now they're saying I never taken them out , so they are just finding excuses not to replace the battery even though its got 4 years warranty , my advice to everyone don't buy off this company as they will not honour there warranties just fob you off with excuses and blame the customer, ive fitted batteries all my life so I know what I'm doing , and the ventilation plugs did get removed before fitting , this battery has an internal problem and nothing to do with the plugs in the ventilation , I'm now at the stage were I'm getting in contact with the manufacturer to see if they will rectify my problem, but as I've stated stay well clear of this company as its all about the money to them as after care don't exist

Bought a Henden 063 battery off this company 11 months ago with an advertised 4 year warranty. The battery failed after 11 months but the company doesn’t honour the warranty but offers you a 30 % reduction in a replacement which isn’t a like for like claim . Doesn’t respond to emails plus when you ring the Company Director he is extremely rude and aggressive. I bought the battery off eBay but eBay have no control over this awful company.
Many other customers of this company have been ripped off and have left numerous negative feedback’s on eBay and Trustpilot but this company is still trading with its toxic practices off deceiving customers especially with their false claims off a 4 year warranty. Surely this company is breaking UK consumer law .

Totally rogue traders, my liesure battery failed inside 3 months, refuse to replace despite 4 year guarentee, says I must post back to manufacturer and foot the cost!! Terrible rip off company!!

I found them incredibly helpful and flexible when i accidentally ordered the wrong battery. My fault not theirs. Really helpful.

Bought a battery for nearly £70, flat within months, wanted pictures of the battery then told me to jump start it, going to pursue this fully,it'll be going thru their shop widow if I don't get a refund

Battery has leaked acid into the caravan this company is terrible no response from them so the guarantee is worthless. How do we stop them trading. Stay well clear they are cheap chinese rubbish . I think they have changed there trading name now to infinity batterys

Bought a 130amp deep cycle leisure battery on Ebay off these.
Seemed low quality but worked ok at first,then after 12 months it started leaking and then wouldn't hold charge.
I contacted them as they stated it had a 4year warranty.
They got back to me straight away asking for photos of the defective battery.So I sent them and then nothing and then never responded to future messages.
So in a nutshell,cheap and nasty batteries that dont last and come with a warranty that is worthless.
DO NOT BUY OFF THESE COWBOYS!,you have been warned,

Bought this battery with a 4 year warranty in Aug 2024, battery started to get weak in Dec 2024 and was dead by end of Jan 2025.
Contacted them and was given the runaround for two weeks, asking for additional information and then claiming.... they have not received it, even though the photos were still attached to their own reply.
Obviously they dont care about their business reputation, and all for the sake a cheap battery that cost about £70. Big Fn deal!
Do not buy from these Numberonescammers because they do not honour their guarantee and will merrily mess you around for weeks. Avoid like the plague.

I purchased a battery with a 4 year guarantee no problems. It failed after 2.5 years with the car recovery company testing it and finding it only had 16% capacity and required replacing, I tried telephoning them with nobody answering and then emailed them again with no response for 2 days. Mean while of course the car is off the road. They eventually answered my email and said I could have 30% off a replacement. Why should I want that with a 4 year guarantee on the one I had. Eventually said I would have to return the battery at my cost for them to test. I would have to find packaging and a courier who would take batteries - not easy. Car is still off the road.
In the end it was easier not to bother due to cost of returning etc. My advice is pay a little more, buy locally so you can take the battery back if it fails, A 4 year guarantee from them is worthless!

Do not trust this company new battery went flat after 3months sent pictures and report from the garage that tested it after several emails giving them all the information they required no responce I just wish I had read the reviews before purchase

The Battery that i purchased from numberonebatterys (on ebay) are completely useless they do not hold charge. Numberonebatteres will give give you all the speel until you are out of time to get help from ebay

Batteries are total rubbish ,don’t hold a charge and then when you contact then they treat you like a idiot , take the bungs out and caps off then it works 😂 do yourself a favor and go elsewhere 👍🏻
