I was using NuMind for a few months and found that it did keep my anxiety under control. I didn’t realise that it was helping me at first until it dawned on me that I had felt calmer for a longer period of time than usual. I did recently unsubscribe to try another cheaper alternative but found that it did not suit me well, causing digestive problems and a feeling of anxiety creeping back in. My anxiety has definitely got worse and I feel that is is because I havnt been taking the NuMind supplements for around a month. I have now re-subscribed back to NuMind as spending that bit more money is worth it for me considering the help it has given me. I would recommend NuMind to anyone struggling.
