Emma from Castle Lane Belfast was exceptional in her customer service, she sorted my query very quickly, gave me additional info about where I was for paying off my phone to think about and upgrade but it didn’t feel like a forced sale, more just giving me info and she chatted the whole time, she was very friendly and warm, I will be back and I will want to deal with Emma

Gary at O2 in Belfast Corn Market was a breath of fresh air from the usual customer service reps that you have to deal with. Gary was able to change over my old Sim onto a New one which I purchased at the store. He explained and confirmed what needed done without any fuss whilst dealing with queries from his colleagues who to put it politely where not as knowledgeable as he was in dealing with technical issues. He is a credit to the O2 establishment- Well done.

Great service
Someone was straight over to see how they could help when I went into the shop. Sahil and Kurtis were then really helpful and also great craic! I would definitely recommend the excellent customer service.
