I had a really positive experience at O2, thanks to Alejo. He was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful, and went out of his way to make sure everything was sorted for me.
It’s so refreshing to receive genuinely excellent customer service. Alejo was professional, approachable and made the whole experience easy and pleasant.
A big thank you to Alejo for his kindness and fantastic customer service. He is a real credit to O2 and deserves to be recognised! 👏
