I have used this company several times i have always had Excellent quality and value for money and excellent customer sevice.
Not short of compliments for the oak dinning suite that i purchased

Bought a wine rack which turned out to be made in Vietnam, but pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. Workmanship is of a very high standard considering the price. Order to delivery time was less than 2 weeks as promised. No complaints and we're very happy with our new wine rack :)

Oakea furniture has to represent THE best value for money out there and the quality is unbelievable. We'd already furnished the dining room from Oak Furniture Land (because we specifically wanted cream painted) and it was lighter in weight and more expensive than what we ordered from Oakea. We bought the Malvern range and could not believe the difference in the weight, build quality and appearance - and for less money! The delivery driver was pleasant and helpful and we paid on delivery which took less than two weeks from ordering. And they didn't try to sell expensive wax or insurance, just the furniture! We have just ordered another set for a bedroom and will be ordering again when the third bedroom is carpeted as there is nothing out there to rival it for price, even in flatpack. Why have flatpack or MDF if you can have assembled solid oak for the same or less?? The glass in the display cabinets has lovely bevelled edges and the tops are really thick and substantial with lovely rounded corners. Top quality at ridiculously low prices - highly recommended!!

Not any more!!! Just four years on and my lovely oak dining table is a wreck due to the cheap lacquer used which has caused fading and blemishes impossible to deal with unless the whole table is stripped back and refurbished. Oakea have stopped trading and their parent company Stock2U Ltd has been dissolved so there is nobody to go back to except the credit card provider.

Easy to order, phone call received two days after placing the order to confirm the delivery date. The furniture arrived on time and was delivered by a helpful delivery man in perfect condition. A lovely quality piece of furniture for a good price. I will definitely use Oakea again.

After much searching ,and not sure if I should buy my sideboard on line,as I couldn't see the item first,after reading the excellent reviews,decided to go ahead....I shouldn't have worried,as placed the order on the Friday night,I then got a call on the Sunday,advising me the item would be delivered the following Sat.it arrived after a call from driver giving me time of delivery..after unpacking,the item it was an excellent buy..price,quality,first class..will certainly use again,and pass your name onto others..

Great furniture, Great service would recommend

Oakea was the only place we saw the display cabinet we wanted. When it was delivered we were very pleased with it. Delivery was no problem even though the box was very large. Item packed well and no problems with unit. Would be happy to buy from them again.

I recently bought 3 items of Bretagne furniture, not without trepidation as wary of buying sight unseen on the internet. I need not have worried as the whole process was hassle free and the quality of the furniture beautiful. A pleasure to have in our home. I was not in when it was delivered but my husband commented on how good the delivery gentleman was. I had to ring the delightful Henrik as I had a small problem with a hinge and have now received a replacement, I only wish I had more items of furniture to buy. I will have no hesitation in singing your praises. That reminds me, I enjoyed the videos! If ever you stop selling furniture you could run seminars on how to run a business. Good quality drawer unit at a good price

excellent quality,delivered when they said they would ,down to the minute,ordered three pieces the first time,then another cos i was so pleased with everything,and paid by card on delivery

I ordered a Malvern Oak Extending Dining Set with 6 Stratford Oak Chairs which were delivered three days later (after a phone call advising me). Although the furniture is very heavy the delivery driver brought it straight into my dining room. I took just a few minutes to put the table together and voila I have a beautiful dining set of which the quality is superb. I have recommended Oakea to friends and family after receiving so many compliments. I would definitely use again should I need any more oak furniture.

Ordered a corner display units and corner unit. The display unit was out of stock so had to wait 3 months. Of course I got the 10% discount. Good prices, customer service was good, did have to chase up once. Would definitely buy from Oakea again.

Very good quality furniture and great delivery service

I placed an order with Oakea on line one evening rather nervously as my daughter had had done similarly with another well known oak furniture supplier and had very bad experiences, hence my nervousness.
To complicate matters more so, I was away from my home for a few weeks so requested a delayed delivery. They contacted me the very next morning and confirmed they could meet with my request. The gentleman was professional in every way. I then waited to see if they could give the service they had promised. THEY DID.
The order comprised of two items of furniture and both were delivered on the scheduled day with an advanced advice of delivery time from the driver.
The driver was a credit to the company and extremely obliging, nothing was a trouble.
Unfortunately, one of items had been damaged prior to delivery and only became evident when unpacked, so we reported our findings. Unlike my daughters experience OAKEA were excellent and agreed to change the unit without question. It arrived again on schedule, a different driver but once again was he very willing and obliging like the previous driver a credit to the company.
We now have the furniture in place in our home and we are delighted with it.
The service we had from Oakea is nothing short of excellent and I will not hesitate to consider purchasing from them again or recommending them to others.
They go highly commended.

What a lovely firm to deal with. Very pleasant and informative staff. Excellent delivery notification.
Love the quality of the items. Had a slight problem with the glass on the coffee table but the table was quickly replaced without any fuss. I would highly recommend this firm and only wish I had more room to buy something else!

I was promised on the phone that the driver would bring it into my house, and probably to the first floor bedroom. The driver was rather rude and irritable, said he was alone, and wanted to leave it on the kerb. Luckily I had a builder there that day and we managed to take it up one flight. I don't think it's right to make delivery promises to customers that aren't kept!

I ordered from your website a selection of furniture. Thiroughly high quality of service throughout from the order right through to the delivery with excellent customer service. Good quality and would highly recommend with a very helpful and friendly delivery driver. Thank you Oakley.
