I have no hesitation in awarding 5 stars for this company. As the usual courier couldn't deliver on the day I had taken off work, the owner personally delivered & assembled the furniture for me. Said furniture was all extremely well packaged to prevent damage in transit & there wasn't a mark on anything. The owner is very pleasant & helpful & I wouldn't hesitate in making further purchases from this company in the future. Furniture is well-priced compared to other establishments i had visited...

Lovely product but Beware
Lovely product, but delivery and assembly were poor, resulting in a lower overall rating. This piece is large and very heavy. It is delivered in two large and very heavy boxes, each box clearly labeled that two people were required to lift, but delivery was made by only one man. If my husband had not been home at the time of delivery, the man would not have been able to get the boxes onto the pavement, let alone inside the front door. We had to open the boxes and take the pieces one by one to the room in which the wardrobe was to go. Delivery should really be made by two people, not just one.
Assembly instructions were poor and parts were not labeled; it was difficult to tell the top from the bottom of the front and back pieces. The instructions were also incorrect in two steps: they show dowels connecting the center section to the back and screws connecting the center section to the front, but it was the opposite: dowels from the center to the front and screws from the center to the back. Because of that confusion, and because parts were not labeled, it took awhile to figure out the correct position and placement of pieces for assembly. And no additional help was available on the website. Only my experience assembling many, many of pieces of furniture before allowed me to complete the work, and we had to do it over two days in order to get assistance with the heavy lifting.
Also, because the piece is so heavy, purchasers should note that it will take two very strong people to lift the assembled upper portion onto the base to finish assembly (I held off on installing the top until after we had lifted it to make it a bit lighter, but it still required two strong men).
Now it's together and looks lovely and will be a wonderful piece, but buyers should go in with open eyes that delivery and assembly will be a challenge, even for experienced furniture assemblers.
