Dodgy company. Saw the bad reviews and tried to cancel immediately after purchase but they shipped it as soon as they could to decline the refund.

One of the modern day online scam companies. The goods are rubbish, take ages to arrive, then the customer service offer you discounts to keep and do anything to avoid giving you your money back when you complain. DO NOT USE - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Ordered some outside lamps from oaksoho. They took forever to get here (they dont shy away that its china made). When they got here, they were poor quality, one of them isnt working. Ive been trying to get them replaced and there is no phone number and their customer service is appalling. Still waiting. Stay away!

Ordered two entrance mats to protect our new flooring. After waiting for what felt like forever for the delivery, they have arrived. They are very thin and such poor quality that i shall be seeking to return them for a full refund. What a disappointment!

Delivery took forever and once delivered found quality was very poor. Have attempted to arrange return as offered but as yet no response . Avoid buying from them . Website phone number has been cancelled due to a breach. Appalling customer service. I would go as far as to suggest they are thieves as I seem unable to arrange a return and refund.

Avoid this company as it’s a Chinese scam!
I bought a stool from Oaksoho as it was showing an address in a nearby town and I like to support local business. Their website states easy returns and the stool looked ok on the website, so I thought I would have no problem sending it back if it wasn’t what I needed. How wrong could I be! It took ages to arrive considering it was allegedly a local company and when it eventually came it was made of very cheap brittle plastic that caught my fingers when I tried to collapse it….it was not suitable at all. Of course, once I tried to send it back it became apparent that it was a scam and was not a local company.
I then looked at Trustpilot…. The good reviews were so obviously made up, the replies from the company to the bad reviews were laughable.
They replied to me with the usual “reaching out” and “completely understand your dissappointment” and then had the audacity to offer me 30% of the value of the stool or a replacement with a processing fee of £9.95 to resolve the situation. You couldn’t make it up could you?
They’ve stopped replying to me now of course. The address on the website is false, and if you call the phone number, it goes straight to a voicemail (from BT I assume) to say this number is breach of service due to being routed outside of the UK.
So avoid avoid avoid……

Company is based in China which is why shipping takes ages. I ordered a mat/runner and the quality is really poor. If you want to return you have to pay shipping to China which I didn’t realise upon purchase.
Currently waiting for a response from Oaksoho I have asked for a refund and the mat to be donated to charity

Products took forever to arrive but that was okay as it wasn’t urgent, I’m giving the 5 star rating because I actually had an issue with a product and the customer service team was great and helped to resolve the issue promptly. Would deffo shop here again!

Website states fast shipping and a UK based company however my item seems to be in transit from somewhere overseas according to the tracking it’s at an international airport! I would never have ordered the product if I had known this. Reading the reviews further down I wish I had done further research on this company before purchasing. I do plan to take this further as the company is stating they are UK based with fast shipping (I ordered my item well over two weeks ago) which is clearly fraudulent. Avoid!

I ordered and paid for a snack tray, got the receipts etc. , then days later I got an email saying I should pay for something left in my basket. Nothing there. With no sign of my item I replied and got an answer saying they were very busy and I'd have to wait for help. Then there followed a number of emails, from different names, asking for more information and/or too busy to answer. I've done a check on the company with Companies House, it's not there. Did a picture check, the item's on Chinese web sites. Be Warned!
Bought on 26th June, have provided information requested more than once, still nothing.
14/07/26. A package finally turned up but it WAS NOT as illustrated on Oak Soho's site ( half price at £39 instead of £89; but it was exactly what was illustrated on Temu's site at £14. Sadly I have been ripped off, so beware, do a Google Eye check before you pay for anything on this site, to make sure the item isn't on a Chinese site at a fraction of the price It does explain the long wait for delivery, they didn't even bother to take the Chinese label off the box.

Do not order from this company. The items are supplied from China. My order was missing parts, and despite having a UK address on their website and claiming that returns are "hassle-free," items have to be returned to China at the buyer's expense, even if they are faulty. After going back and forth with them, I settled for a 70% partial refund because I just wanted to be done with them.

AWFUL !!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. MY DAD HAS STAGE 4 CANCER AND THEY HAVE SENT A LAMP WITH NO REMOTE WHICH TOOK OVER 2 WEEKS TO COME AND MISSED FATHERS DAY. THE QUALITY IS AWFUL !! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!! NO ONE WILL GIVE ME A REFUND OR SEND A REMOTE CONTROL

Do not order anything from this company!!!! I ordered a led sand lamp in black. When my order arrived the box it was in was extensively damaged. It was also sent to me in green,with a 2 pin plug rather than a uk one and with instructions only in chinese. I asked for a full refund. The next 4 emails I received were all designed to sound like they were helping with offers of store credit or another item,but in reality they were just stalling. I was promised that i would receive immediate attention in resolving this but it never came. Although they state on their website that returns are at the Companies expense if they have sent either faulty or the wrong item, I was told I had to send it to China at my expense even though on the packaging it said if undelivered to be returned to a London address!! Their address and postcode on the website do not match so It seems like this is a con. I am currently trying to get the money back and have reported them to Trading standards.
Love the response from them. For a start they call me "dear" and have asked me to forward my order no. for their personal attention even though they don't give any name🙄
