Recently completed the manufacture and fittting of around 35 windows and a large bespoke oak door with frame. We visited the workshop prior to placing an order and were pleased with the set-up and quality of the hardwood windows we saw. One of the most comforting factors was that Simon, the owner, and Chris, who liaised with us from start to finish, are both qualified carpenters/joiners. We were offered good advice based on their previous experience. We visited again once the windows were made to inspect them and were pleased with the colour and finish. When it came to installation we had 6 people there on the first day, including Chris and Simon and on ech subsequent day there were 4 or 5 of them, including Chris. I think it's very important that Chris and Simon are both so closely involved in all aspects of the job from manufacture to actual fitting. We were very pleased with the way all of the fitters conducted themselves, clearing up after them every day of the 8 days in total. They were effective, courteous and hard-working the whole time.

The first order we placed with Oak Windows & Doors was for a replacement large two-storey high feature window and patio door installation for our barn conversion. The price was very reasonable, and we were so pleased with the result that we placed a second order to replace all our other windows and doors! The quality of their products is excellent, and - just as importantly - the installation and making good was to a very high standard, quick and trouble-free. We were apprehensive about much of the installation being done in December, but this posed no problems for their very helpful team. Would highly recommend!

It took me a while to find the right people to change my wooden windows and two doors. After visiting their showroom and seeing the high quality workmanship and care that went into every window, I was willing to wait until they could fit me in this year. I was not disappointed when the work was completed and I was very happy with the aftercare service.

This business comes highly recommended from us.

They were excellent but the glass they fitted was heritage glass which was not only expensive but after a few years went cloudy. The company eventually responded to our complaints and without hesitation replaced the expensive glass at their expense. Very admirable considering it was not their fault.
