Overall service was good. Fast and good communication getting the property exchanged and any problems sorted but once property exchanged response stopped and problems I had with how property was left I had to rectify my self even thought the contract wasn’t fulfilled by my sellers.

A long drawn out sale of a property was made more palatable by good communication, and a professional approach. The delays were in the other parties side, not Oakwood, and Melissa was on the ball.
