Excellent service at O’Briens Wines Blanchardstown. A big thank you to Sirina for helping me with a beautiful twin set of Charmes de Kirwan in a wooden gift box and wrapping it so nicely. Friendly, professional service that made buying a gift easy. Highly recommend!

We stopped into O’Brien’s at Beacon because we were stocking the full bar we recently built in our home, and the service was exceptional from start to finish.

Kyle was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the different spirits, liqueurs, and complementary mixers we needed. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and thanks to his recommendations, we left with everything we were looking for—plus some fantastic deals we wouldn’t have found on our own.

Fintan was equally helpful and made the experience a lot of fun. He also recommended a fantastic Rioja that we’re already looking forward to enjoying.

Needless to say, we’re already mixing our first cocktails this evening and absolutely loving the selections they helped us choose. Outstanding customer service, expert advice, and a genuinely enjoyable shopping experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I wanted something better than supermarket wines so I went to the Douglas store yesterday. I meet Daniel he was more than helpful and talked with through everything I needed and advised me the best wines.
Nothing was a problem and he didnt rush or anything even went and wrapped up wines for us.
Will definitely be back again

Great experience buying alcohol here, quick delivery, competitive pricing, now I dont have to go to shop, I just buy it here and its delivered fast to my door, highly recommended

The delivery company used by O’Briens left the delivery at the gate of the complex - which is wide open at all times - c 200 yards from the apartment, despite being given exact eircode , which is fully reliable. ( I have tested it on more than one occasion. ) . This has happened on numerous occasions.

Delivery was poorly managed for a large order meant for a surprise party. Despite coordination with head office, the delivery came two days early without notification, directly to the 90-year-old being celebrated thus ruining the suprise completely. Complaints to higher management went unanswered, leading to dissatisfaction and a decision to shop elsewhere in the future.
Update: I had a call from a senior staff member who could not have been more apologetic, and is working to streamline deliveries. Great to have feedback listened to and used to improve future service

Saw a poor delivery man being literally abused in the Galway store last Friday 20th of December by who I think was the manager terrible to see this day and age .I left my three bottles of wine back in their shelves and walked out don’t think I’ll be back .

Amazing company! Ordered a case of wine yesterday evening and was delivered to Cork this evening!!! Always great service and wonderful selection of wines.

Dreadful customer experience. Bought some sample wine to try last weekend. I was told there was no problem with stock as they had lots. Went back this weekend and all the sample wines i tried were sold out - what a waste of my time and money. Was told that corporate orders for Christmas had exhausted the supply. I drove over an hour to my nearest shop. I hope the corporates remain good customers in Jan, Feb and March as you just lost me as one.

Such a breath of fresh air to pop into the Templeogue branch and come out with 3 beautifully gift wrapped bottles of Prosecco… fab service… lovely staff… why would I ever buy booze in a supermarket ever again.. O’Briens are one of the few places left who understand customer service.

Use them twice and no problems. Speedy delivery and always have good deals on in spirits and wines.
