Amazing service, can't fault them. The prices are unbeatable and I was a little skeptical on the quality due to the low prices. However, both 5 piece suits were exactly as I wanted and good quality. I paid a little extra for next day delivery and they did not disappoint. I even called them soon after placing my order, just to confirm that it went through and I made a joke about them sending a little gift with the suits. To my delight, when I opened the package, together with the suits there were 2 digital watches for my boys. A lovely little gesture and shows a human touch from them. I will certainly use again. Was really quite dubious about what I was going to receive but pleasantly surprised. It’s not the same quality as if you were going to buy a suit from more expensive high street or department store but he will wear it once so it doesn’t matter. Can’t go wrong in my opinion ! Really smart, looks good and quick delivery

Wouldnt even give them a one star paid for 7 suits sent 2 back with no proof said they had got lost nothing I could do... Sent next via 48hr tracked service No refund even tho I have full proof of delivery and tracking... Rude customer service lie after lie Avoid at all costs....

Lovely suit, wrong colour trying to return. Had 1 email instructing me to buy a return label which I did, I didn’t receive the return label & no one answers the phone. I need to return the items and get a refund to be able to buy lore suits for my wedding. Not how you would expect on returns.

I ordered a shorts suit for my grandson on Tuesday and it arrived today (Friday)
It is exactly as described and we are thrilled with the fit and material.

They don't even deserve 1 star!
Over 2 weeks ago I bought some clothes from them urgently needed for a special occasion, it came looking like old kitchen cloth with threads coming off from everywhere and buttons dangling and dust all over it. The cheapest material ever seen for a suit not even worth £5. I contacted them and they finally got back to me almost a week later offering 10% discount for me to keep the item, I replied saying that I wanted a replacement instead and didn't want to keep that item in that state. Over a week later, they still haven't responded or sent a replacement order. The telephone number or the address on their site doesn't exist and they have another website suitsndresses.co.uk which also has fake contact details.
Don't be fooled by the cheap price they advertise, their clothes are not even worth half that price, it's best to go somewhere legit with good quality items and an existing customer service who actually communicates and solves issues effectively and quickly when there is something wrong with your order.
They have no idea all the inconvenience they've caused, not that they care anyway.Horrible company!

I ordered a suit for my son when I received it it didn’t fit my son , and I didn’t like the texture of the cloth too very cheap , received it on 18/12/2021 the same day I returned it via Royal Mail, till date I’m calling and doing follow up emails, several emails and no response from one I avoid avoid avoid , I’m waiting for my refund I would definitely like my full refund avoid ordering

Absolutely terrible service! Ordered £80 worth of kids suits online the fit wasn’t right so I returned them straightaway sent them tracked paid the £11 return myself and it’s been nearly 3 weeks and no sign of a refund!!! Ring the store they do not pick up!!don’t order from here if there’s any chance you may want a refund or exchange

Had very bad experience with this company, ordered 3 childrens suits which came very quickly but were all creased up and were packaged in a very poor way. I also ordered a returns slip which was not sent with the order. I returned the suits which cost me £9.99! I called the compamy and asked for a full refund plus £9.99 as my returns slip was nor sent. Its been a month a refund has been made but no one has got back to my emails and calls regarding the postage. HONESTLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS WHEN THINGS GO WRONG!
