After continuous let downs from other estate agents, I was beginning to think the human race was only out for itself… until we were introduced to the North Street branch of Ocean. Ocean were good but we stipulated a few times that we wanted all pots and rubbish removed from the property we were purchasing. However everything was left for us to get rid of (another expense). Surely this should be checked out

We needed a quick sale on our house to secure our dream home. Claire has been brilliant at rapidly turning around getting our house on the market viewings and offer within 2 weeks. Photos and marketing looked brill. The online portal to manage the advert, viewings and offers were great. Claire provided viewing feedback within 15 mins and was very available on phone and email to help us whenever needed.
