We have been using Ocean to let our property in Bristol for nearly 10 years now and cannot fault the service provided by the extremely helpful James and Jemima in finding us great tenants for our flat. They thoroughly explain each stage of the letting process and promptly answer any questions that we might have, nothing is ever too much trouble. We can thoroughly recommend Ocean and will not hesitate to use them again next time.

Overall our property purchase went fairly smooth. The viewing appointments were very prompt & the folks over at Ocean were very helpful.

The only nitpick I have is that communication between myself and the Vendor was forwarded between the two via the Estate Agents. Meaning I had access to the vendors email address and full copies of the emails.

I think that this kind of communication regarding a purchase should be summarised and/or interpreted into the Estate Agent's own words, as we might as well have been emailing each other directly.
