Missing Chair but Quick and Efficient Customer Service
We ordered a lot of chairs for the office and unfortunately, only 4 out of the 5 arrived. However, when I emailed Office Monster, I received a reply from Laura in less than 24 hours and not only that, but I was met with an amazing initiative to have the 5th chair located and delivered.
Laura didn't ask many questions but immediately, I was advised on the plan of action they are taking to have this delivered asap.
The chair was then delivered 3 days following my email to advise on it being missing!
Amazing customer service and will definitely recommend this company to people.

Wrong pick on order
I made an order which was delivered but there was a mix up and a wrong pick. I called yourselves and spoke to Danielle Cordingley who was more than helpful and very friendly to deal with. Absolutely blown away !!
After some confusion over whether I had been sent the wrong desk top - i ordered a left corner desk (I should have gone to specsavers and was looking at it wrong) I put the desk together. I absolutely love it ! I have had my eye on this desk for nearly 6 months and I could not be happier the desk exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, replaced a scratched cupboard door straight away with no issues. Laura was very easy to deal with and organised everything, then followed up to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Will definately use this company again.

Scammers
Scammers. Nothing else I can say. This is the first and last time I'm ordering from them. My parcel never arrived. There were no proofs they ever sent anything to me. And then they keep changing story in every email, according to them, first it was signed at different address, then said they can't find my address, then when I requested to get a refund, they said they have to receive back my parcel, which is nowhere to be found and only then they will refund. This is against consumers rights. So I just had to go ahead and ask my bank for help to get my money back. They should be reported and investigated.

Everything went like clockwork with no hiccups the tradespeople were very polite and efficient. The whole process from selecting the item, arranging the delivery, recycling and installation via Laura was very professional and well done.

There was a very minor (and I do mean very minor) issue with delivery, but the staff/email support was 2nd to none. Once the issue was sorted, my shipping was upgraded, and I received the desk very quickly.
The quality of the desk is amazing, and for the cost, I can't fault it in any way. Would without hesitation use them again.
