Official Memorabilia Avaliações

The ordering process was easy, however I didn't get any details about my order after placing it. I had to email customer service twice to get the necessary information and even so it was long waiting time. On the website, the details on the order never updated from the new status, so I was under the impression that my order had never processed. When the product arrived, it was good and high quality.

Absolutely amazing products and after service. Had a slight issue with my purchase & level of service to have my issue resolved was amazing 🤩

Good communication. Item well packaged. Excellent quality.

So impressed with the quality of both of the frames and the poster. How it was packaged was amazing as well. Really high quality care has gone into every bit of the process

Had the item I wanted, however had to pay $58 shipping. I know everything is more expensive, but $58 to ship from Oakleigh to Eltham was mind blowing. Especially when they were just left at the door.

I won the auction and waited for the delivery of my jersey. After 2 months I followed up and they told me they didn't have it and were waiting. I followed up every week and got the same story. Finally got a refund.

How can you offer to sell products you dont have?

I won an acution for an ICC item on this website for $5200 and then the website gave an additional 2.5 minutes to the other bidder to bid $25 more than me and the auction closed.
Whenever it was my time to bid, the auction would not get extended, but when it was the other bidder the auction would get extended. When I inquired they said that "Sometimes" the "system" will extend. What kind of auction extends the time limit for one bidder and not the other!!!

Just an absolute scam website helping people they want to win.

Easy to order. Ease of delivery and arrived in excellent condition

These memorabilia are of very high quality and are significant value for the money spent. They present wonderfully well upon mounting, drawing constant compliments from friends and family. Due to the quality of materials and effort taken in the making, I highly recommend Official Memorabelia products. Timely and effective communications after purchase and sound packaging complete the profile of this highly regarded company. Thank you from a repeat purchaser. Very Pleased!

Easy process to purchase. Dispatch was easy and delivered within indicated timeframes.

Great item, high quality memorabilia. Jamie Elliot screamer one of the best of all time.

PROMT SERVICE

Quick delivery and the product looks great

I was kept informed with progress all the the time

Great turn around time & delivery. Absolutely love this one!!

It took over a month to arrive, when it did it was the wrong item. During this time I rang your company to find out what was going on, I never had any communication with your company they didn’t contact me once. This was a 21st birthday present for my grandson, very disappointed. I will not be using this company again.

Great communication always informing of timelines excellent packaging and delivery

Was very happy with speed of delivery and correspondence, but let down by actual delivery. Clearly stated a signature was required, but I arrived home to find package was left at the door. As I had actually gone away for the long weekend, who knows how many days it was sitting there, waiting for any passerby to walk away with it. Would have been a 5 star review otherwise.
