Official Memorabilia Avaliações

Placed order in September and only received 1 of 2 items. Received an email advising of delay and should be shipped out by mid November. Notified company that I hadn't received 2nd item early December. Shipped that day received next day. Amazing customer service. Will shop again.

My experience with the Official Memorabilia has been great. IT is the third item I've purchased and I couldn't be happier

Official Memorabilia have always been very reliable, and their products are A1 in quality. Having been a customer for the last 3 years I have never had an issue with any order. Keep up the great work team.

Product is well made and i was kept up to date on progress.

I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and didn’t notice until it was about to get shipped out . When I noticed I called First Lady I spoke to said there wasn’t any available and wasn’t that helpful then I received a call from your company and the lady was very professional and said that they had one available and was able to swap them for the one I actually wanted as I have bought the first Penrith panther grand final lithographs and wanted to complete the set as my father is due hard panthers supporter. He he is the type of dad that would rather me save my money and not spend a cent on him so when I realised my mistake and that you were able to correct it even though it was my mistake as I rushed on your website to purchase the 3 peat lithograph knowing that would be a feeding frenzy for it I was thankful the lady that called the second time and told me she found one and was happy to swap them out made my day as it was for my father.

Ease of purchase and updates on my order

My package turned up all in one piece, undamaged and within the timeframe stated.

Loved the commitment to previous customers, we had an issue with an order but it was all fixed up and we are very glad!

Easy to use website, great communication while order was being made and during delivery

Great Communication and would highly recommend. Great salesman also and always responds to my messages. Thanks.

Great products and great customer service!

I ordered a gift for a very sick colleague and the staff expressed it to make sure he received it. Very compassionate and helpful, and much appreciated during a difficult time

Unbelievably realistic- both the Cup and Medal.
I was lucky enough to hold up the real Premiership Cup, and the one that I purchased through you guys is almost the exact same weight too.
Now we need the Pies to go BACK2BACK, so I can get the next one to sit Side By Side it’s brother.
Go Pies.

The staff were very helpful when I called about a concern. Resolved very quickly.

Responsive, awesome product as described. Great quality.

My order arrived damaged and I have been trying to get this issue resolved for 6 weeks still to no avail.

Fantastic service, easy to use and delivery came earlier then promised
