My computers were dated, unprotected and slow. They fixed it. Their service was fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me. Downtime for the main server was limited to 30mins at the end of one day. By 9am next morning the server was back up and running. They have upgraded 75% of my machines, sorted our security issues and made my life easier.

The 2nd phase was to install the new email systems and now they are working better than ever.

Hi, Chris thank you for sorting my Mac Book Pro out with Offsite Servers remote support system, Also, thank you for advice on the best ways to use the programs.
The main reason I use Offsite Servers when I meed the IT help they are always there with their fast response to get me up and running again.

You expect a few issues changing such a core service to your business as your email server, which is why most companies stick with what they have (until it fails).
