Hello,
We have carefully reviewed your order and the full tracking history again. At the time of dispatch, there were courier delivery outages which caused delays and inconsistent tracking updates. Because of this, you were informed that a replacement would be arranged to ensure you received your items as quickly as possible.

After checking the latest tracking today, we can confirm that **both parcels linked to your order have now been delivered**. There are no outstanding shipments pending from our side.
We understand that the delays, multiple follow-ups, and partial delivery understandably led to a frustrating experience, especially as a first-time customer. The disruption was related to courier issues rather than stock or fulfilment from our warehouse, but we acknowledge the inconvenience this caused.

If you believe any item is still missing, please contact us directly and we will investigate immediately.

Hello,

We would like to respond clearly to your concerns.

For all international orders, import clearance, customs procedures and any associated duties or taxes are managed by the customer in the destination country. This is standard for cross-border shipments and is stated at checkout. Unfortunately, we do not have control over how customs authorities operate or when they issue notifications.

Regarding your order:

• The first parcel was reported as lost in transit by the courier at that time.
• In good faith, and to ensure you received your order without further delay, we arranged a replacement shipment.
• When the second parcel reached Brazil, it required import clearance. As no customs payment or clearance was completed, the parcel was held by customs.

Despite this being outside of our control and part of the standard international import process, we have already refunded the product cost to you. As a company, we have absorbed the loss of the product itself as well as two international shipping charges.

At no point was there any intention to mislead you. Tracking updates sometimes change once parcels enter international customs networks, which may explain the confusion around the “lost” status.

We understand international shipping can be frustrating, but we fulfilled the order, sent a replacement at our expense, and issued a refund for the product despite the customs process not being completed.

We’re very sorry for the frustration this delay has caused. Your order was dispatched last week but unfortunately Royal Mail marked it as lost in transit. As soon as we became aware, we reshipped your order yesterday and the tracking now shows it is out for delivery today.

Thank you for your review. After discussing with you, we found that the address provided on the order was incomplete, which is why Royal Mail couldn’t deliver. We’ve now updated it with the correct details and resent your parcel. It should be with you very soon.
