Old Trading Post Avaliações

Good quality products

I have purchased from old Trading Post for the last couple of years. I have been treated with the utmost respect and cooperation from all the staff members I have discussed purchases. This Company is really customer Service oriented and hold it as their top priority. It is a pleasure doing business with them. A rare find these days.

I just placed an order with OTP today for the 1st time, and I had an opportunity to talk to Mike, the owner. I enjoyed our talk and found him to be quite informative about questions and concerns that I had.
I will definitely be doing more business in the near future with OTP.
Thanks again Mike!

Looks like great products. Will know for sure when I receive my holster. Site is easy to use plenty of information to help making a decision.

Haven't got order yet...the reason I'm giving a low rating is because we placed order 5 and 1/2 weeks ago and have not got 1 update about order. Emailed you guys 2 times and it said message can't be sent..why? You got our money that day and us nothing. In this world should I be worried, people don't seem to be upset about ripping people off anymore...SAD

It has been 15 days and have received no shipping information . Also have tried contacting the numerous times and nothing . Don’t know if we are getting our order !!!

Love this site! I will visit again!

Answered my questions and a very smooth transaction. Highly recommend!

Quality friendly service. Quality products as well.

Finding the perfect holsters was easy and fun! Prices were very reasonable and checkout was fast with a quick confirmation e-mail.

I’ve done business with this co. For a few years. For my needs they have been great.

Ordered several weeks ago. Immediately After ordering a withdrawal from my account was made. I was unaware I was to wait until the item was in stock and would be sent whenever this company saw fit. I not used to having my money or merchandise being held indefinitely.

It was a pleasant check out experience with no surprises. Thank you, Ron

this is my first time on the site, extremely easy to use site. So far so good. I hope that I don't have to come back and change anything. I'm sure that i will be back
Thanks,
John

I had some questions and Michael got back to me in a timely fashion and was able to help.

I haven’t received any tracking information yet, the survey will adjust once I know the item is on its way, the quality is as advertised and o didn’t throw my money away. I apologize if this seems rude, but the past few years have made me cynical.

Ordered a month ago and still haven’t heard from the company. It would be nice to have some sort of communication.
