The app was easy enough to navigate, but as first-time buyers, we didn’t understand a lot of the process at first. Thankfully, the team’s communication and support were excellent throughout. Originally went with a different conveyancer who was awful, never able to contact them, and they made no progress on the house purchase, recommended Oliver and Co by a friend and glad I went with them.
